Casa del Sole LUXURY BEACH HOME w/ HEATED POOL is within walking distance to the beach (Only a 5 5-minute walk)!! This beautifully appointed LUXE 4 Bedroom/4 Bathroom Spacious Waterfront Home & has a fully stocked kitchen located in the safe and private Harbor Beach neighborhood 5 min from FTL Las Olas Blvd. strip & Downtown with all dining, bars, shops, clubs and more is perfect for groups up to 8 adults & 4 kids (under 13).!!

Guests are given a set code to access the home during their stay. That code is unique to them and will only work during their reservation days. During their stay guests will have access to everything inside/outside the home as if it is their home. Guests will also have access to the boat dock equipped for a 25ft boat, and the waterway in the back yard. There are fixed bridges to get to the home, so boat must be able to fit under those bridges.

The guest booking this home must be staying in the home during the reservation. The guest booking this home is the person responsible for ensuring everyone is following all house rules and ensuring the home is taken care of during their stay.

There are 16 bathing and 16 beach towels for guests to use during their stay. Just like a hotel all linens and pillows for the beds are provided. There is a propane powered bbq grill on the deck. The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, cookware, standard drip coffee maker, toaster and more.

Trash and Recycle bins are located on the right side of house when exiting the front door. They are located near the utility cabinet.

Trash & Recycle Pick Up- Tuesday & Friday mornings typically by 9AM.
Landscaping- Wednesday
Pool Service- Monday & Thursday.

If you happen to be staying during the week please don't be alarmed if the pool maintenance or landscaping crew stops by. They will NOT need access inside the home.

Harbor Beach is the most sought after neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale which consists of multi-million dollar homes and high end condominium buildings. Casa del Sole is located on the water walking distance to the most expansive beach in Fort Lauderdale where the Fort Lauderdale Jettie's are located. You can watch cruise ships and mega yachts go out to sea from the beach.

With its easy access to Fort Lauderdale International Airport (15min drive) you can be lying by the private waterfront pool at this home shortly after the wheels of the plane touch down in the city!

If you're here for a convention or the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, you're a short 5 minute drive to either destination. Just head west on A1A over the 17th Street bridge to the convention center (15min walk/5min drive) OR head north on A1A to the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (15min walk/5 min drive).

If it's the beach you're looking for it's only a 5 minute walk within the neighborhood to the closest and largest beach in Fort Lauderdale. Here you can enjoy the beautiful expansive soft sand beach at Fort Lauderdale Inlet while watching the cruise ships pass by on their way out of the port.

If you're up for socializing and partying simply walk 15min or drive 5min north on A1A (Seabreeze Blvd) to the busiest beach in Fort Lauderdale at Las Olas and A1A (Seabreeze Blvd) where you'll be surrounded by restaurants and bars! That same 5 minute drive north on A1A (Seabreeze Blvd) and west on Las Olas Blvd over the bridge and you can grab a bite to eat at more restaurants or stop at one of the many local shops on Las Olas Blvd (shopping and restaurants).

If you're looking for more shops and restaurants make a left out of the neighborhood heading southwest on A1A (Seabreeze Blvd) and just over the 17th street bridge and within a 5min drive you'll have more shops, grocery, LA fitness (gym) and restaurants to enjoy!

You really can't get a better location in Fort Lauderdale!! This home is in the safest neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale with gated entry, but positioned in the center of everything!!

Professionally Managed, well stocked, great location

We had a great week staying with Luxury Vacation Stays. The house was clean, check-in was a breeze, and there was no stress. The rise of internet based platforms has made it so easy for anyone to get into the business of short term rentals and it's really hit or miss on whether you have a good experience. I've rented from these people three times now because they know how it manage it properly. They are very responsive and stock the house with all the little things you are most likely to forget or don't want to buy bulk quantities for a week. Think about your spice cabinet at home, coffee filters, etc were all there in the kitchen. Tons of nice towels and quality linens as well as pool and some beach toys were already there. Most importantly, they do this as a business not just a side gig, it's professionally managed!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This 4 bedroom/4 bathroom house is made for entertaining. There is plenty of outdoor space around the heated pool which is located on the beautiful Marion River that connects to the intercoastal!! The home is located in Harbor Beach which is the neighborhood right off A1A in magnificent Fort Lauderdale Beach.

There are a total of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, living area, dining area, bar area/kitchen, an expansive back yard with high and low top tables for eating and socializing, and chairs to lounge in by the pool all overlooking the waterway.

This home is in the best location for visitors to FTL. You are in an upscale and very safe neighborhood right off A1A only 3-5 minute drive from everything!!! The expansive beach is a short 6 minute walk through the neighborhood. We have a beach cart, cooler, 4 beach chairs and plenty of oversized beach towels. Like a hotel we provide all linens, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, bathing towels and beach towels.

The open floor plan is excellent for a large family/families or group to enjoy. With the beautiful weather in Fort Lauderdale year round all you need to do is open the glass doors that exit to the expansive backyard, waterway and pool area. You can easily enjoy an indoor/outdoor evening at this home!!

Whether you're BBQ'ing on the grill outside or cooking inside the beautifully remodeled and stocked kitchen, you're sure to enjoy a fun and relaxing day or evening in this home!

The 4th bedroom also has a separate seating area for watching movies or gaming...perfect for families with kids. There are several relaxing places to lounge in the expansive tropical and lush back yard perfect for sun bathing, taking a dip in the pool or reading a book in the shade while the cool breeze off the waterway blows. We have plenty of lounge chairs at the pool and pool/beach towels to use during your stay.

2nd Bedroom: 2 Full size beds (sleeps 4)/Walk-in Closet/Ensuite Bathroom.

3rd Bedroom: 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4)/expansive closet/adjoining bathroom. (1) Pack-N-Play Crib.

4th Bedroom: 2 Single beds (sleeps 2)/Closet/Ensuite Bathroom/Seating area for gaming or watching movies with 60' Flatscreen Smart TV with Xfinity X1.
Washer/Dryer Closet is located in this room.

Living Room: There are 2 Air Mattresses that can be used here if guests do not wish to share beds in the rooms with the full size beds. There is plenty of seating for a large group with wall to wall french doors and windows overlooking the back yard, pool area and waterway. There are electric blinds, and an amplifier to hook up a Bluetooth device or Auxiliary to the outdoor speakers. Please bring your own auxiliary cord. There is also a 50' flat screen Smart TV with Xfinity X1. BLUETOOTH PORTABLE SPEAKER.

Full Kitchen: Everything needed to cook and serve is stocked in the kitchen with the exception of the food!! :-) Refrigerator, Freezer, Ice Maker, Toaster, Blender, standard drip coffee maker, Keurig, pots and baking pans, tupperware, 24 place-settings of silverware, glassware, serving forks/spoons, wine glasses, dishware etc.
There is also a full size grill on the patio with propane gas. All that you need is the food which you can pick up at our local grocery Publix or Whole Foods or have delivered through the Instacart App.
