Bournecoast are delighted to offer this end of terrace house which is situated in the charming Mudeford area, known for its historical significance and proximity to the harbour and beach. This property offers three bedrooms, a modern kitchen and a spacious garden. The house is conveniently located just a brief stroll away from Stanpit recreation ground ideal for walks and bike rides which leads to Stanpit Marsh.

THE ACCOMMODATION:
This house benefits from three bedrooms, a cosy Master Bedroom with a Double Bed, a second bedroom complete with Twin Beds, and an additional bedroom comprising of Bunk Beds.

There is a lounge/diner which boasts a FLATSCREEN SMART TV with DVD PLAYER and FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). In the dining area are patio doors out on to the garden.

There is a separate modern kitchen which includes an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE.

The family bathroom on the first floor offers a bath, shower facility and a toilet. The property also has an additional toilet on the ground floor.

The garden encompasses both a patio and a lawned area.

There is road parking outside the property (please note that these spaces are not reserved or guaranteed).

THE LOCAL AREA:
Mudeford boasts a rich history of smuggling spanning centuries and features a picturesque Quay. Its remarkable location, nestled between Christchurch Harbour and the open sea, makes it a highly sought-after destination for holidaymakers. A delightful stroll from the property will lead you to Avon Beach. Along Avon Beach, you will discover the Beach Hut Cafe, The Noisy Lobster cafe, a shop, an ice cream parlour and The Fish and Chip Hut. Mudeford Quay, nearby, offers the popular family activity of crabbing from the quayside. The Quay Head, a pedestrian zone, buzzes with activity, surrounded by a cluster of historic buildings believed to date back to 1695, including the pub, The Haven House Inn. A quick five-minute ferry ride from Mudeford Quay will take you to the unique beach huts on Mudeford Spit. On the sandbank, you will find facilities such as toilets, a cafe, and a shop. In the evening, Mudeford offers dining experiences with stunning harbour views at the Upper Deck Bar and Restaurant and the award-winning restaurant, The Jetty, situated right on the waters edge. Additionally, nearby Steamer Point is a 24-acre cliff-top local nature reserve (LNR) located between Highcliffe Castle and Friars Cliff on the Christchurch coastline. Highcliffe Castle, perched on the cliffs at Highcliffe, is also worth a visit. A short drive away, Christchurch Quay provides access to riverside walks, a park, a cafe, the Boathouse Restaurant, a bandstand, a play area for children, and an exciting water play park with a paddling pool, water jets, sprays, and interactive features. CHRISTCHURCH / MUDEFORD / HIGHCLIFFE - Christchurch is a quaint destination, steeped in history. With beautiful riverside walks along the Stour it is ideal for the quieter day out, while still having the High Street for shopping.
