Pack de bienvenue. Appartement moderne situé à 5 minutes à pied de la plage de sable, à 5 minutes à pied du ferry pour Studland Beach et du ferry pour Brownsea Island. Appartement dans une rue calme avec son propre jardin et une grande surface de terrasse. Petit chien seulement sympathique, sol Karndean partout, appartement propre, lumineux et moderne, 3 chambres, (x1 double et x2 simples) 4 personnes Conservatoire lumineux, parking hors route pour 2 voitures. Lovely flat, very comfortable and spacious. It’s perfectly located for morning beach walks with the dog and also a good base for exploring the wider area. Communication with host Stephen was great - he was very helpful.

Had great stay location best bit as close to beach/ferry/shell bay.steve excellent host even met him and his dog! Local restaurants great especially shell bay across on ferry. 2nd time at property and would recommend!

Beautiful Apartment

Clean and comfortable,plenty of room..very handy to have the two bathrooms,good kitchen facilities,had everything we needed. Good location..very convenient for the bus service. Great communication with the owners.

Excellent property in a fabulous location

Had a fabulous stay at the apartment which has everything you need including a lovely private front garden. The property is perfectly placed for spending days on the beach or exploring further field. We love that we can leave the car on the drive for the time we are there and explore on foot. Steve was very attentive in making sure everything was ok. We have already booked our return visit and cannot wait to be back!

Great stay at Gorgeous Sandbanks

We loved our first trip to Sandbanks. The property was just as advertised and suited us perfectly. The house and garden area were both lovely and the drive for two cars saved us a fortune as we felt we had a perfect beach right on our doorstep (just a couple of minutes walk to the beach / ferry) Would love to stay again!!! Fabulous!

What a stay, absolutely fabulous! Apartment spotless and everything you need for a home from home stay in a peaceful and central location. One very happy doggy as a short stroll to the beautiful sandbanks beach and ferry to shell beach etc. also lovely restaurants nearby! Can’t wait to go back and Steve was just the perfect host checking we had everything we needed! Five stars all round 👏

Alliums getaway

Been here for last 3 years we love sandbanks and this is the perfect base to cover great dog friendly beaches the ferry to shell bay and local shops cafes. Steve the host very welcoming as always pointed out small issue with decking to be dealt with on arrival worst thing was it all went too quick time wise!

A perfect spot

The owner was incredibly helpful and we valued his knowledge of the surrounding area/facilities-he was also available if required. Great to have parking and a short walk to Sandbanks beach and Ferry to Shell Island-glorious!! Our dog was in heaven!! Spacious property with everything we needed. I could have lived there forever! Highly recommend this property for an excellent base to explore Bournemouth and Poole-we had a truly perfect holiday even though the weather was...VERY British!!

Wonderful location

Great property in a fab location. so much to do and seee in the local Dorset area. Property is an upstairs 3 bedroom flat with decking and outside space. very nice. Would have given 5 stars but boiler not working correctly and we had a lack of hot water.

Not sure why this guest hasn't mentioned I called in within 30mins of him informing me of the hot water issue in kitchen and sorted. Boiler was working fine. There was heating throughout & hot water in both bathrooms, bath and showers.

Extremely clean, pleasing to the eye & conveniently located.

Although we never met our hosts Steve, was very helpful, friendly & quick to respond. Checking in process was made very simple. Apartment was very clean and presentable and equipped with all facilities. We left the property in the same condition that we found it in, and this was greatly appreciated!! Beds -mattresses cushions are softer than our own (however this is probably a personal preference) Tesco's also within easy reach or a TESCO WOOSH when not eating out. We would stay there again!

Brilliant location for beach and chain ferry. The property is clean with all equipment that’s needed. Lovely to have the body boards and beach trolley - very handy. Great communication with host Would happily stay again :)

The apartment was fabulous, it was faultless, beautiful prime location with the beach only a few minutes walk away. Super clean and excellent facilities. The host was amazing too. I know any other holiday will never compete with this one. Would definitely like to return again.

Superb accommodation and location

In reality even better than the pictures. Bright with lots of space. A fabulous place to be, with you own parking and smart TV. Quiet road close to the beach. Hosts excellent and always available but never in your face. Will definitely return.
