This stunning open plan 2 bedroom apartment, Luxury Flat Vyronas is ideally located in Vyronas Municipality. Vyronas is an inner suburb of Athens, located about 3 km southeast of Athens city centre.The apartment is located on the 4th floor with access via lift or staircase.As you enter the apartment you will find a large open plan area consisting of the living room and kitchen. The living room has a double sofa couch which comfortably sleeps 2 extra guests. There is a 43 inch smart tv, a dining area, and a reading area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may require from a French Press Coffee Machine, Kettle, Toaster and a microwave to even a dishwasher. Down the corridor after the kitchen is the main bathroom with a tub and shower head and the two bedrooms. The bedroom to your left is a double bedroom and the bedroom to your right consists of a single bed. The apartment provides free wifi through out.Last but not least is the huge balcony with beautiful neighborhood view.Free street parking is also available.For food lovers, Vyronas offers a variety of restaurants from Vegetarian, Mediterranean and of course traditional Greek taverns.The city center of Athens is only 3 km away. The closest bus stop is just 2 minutes walk away (Phrynonos Bus Stop)For site seeing, Acropolis of Athens and Lycabettus Hill are only 3.6km away. All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
