The property is a truly welcoming, countryside retreat merging contemporary style with traditional, rustic features such as an Aga, wood burner and exposed wooden beams. This blend creates a wonderfully warming and inviting home. The back garden includes a patio with outdoor furniture which is surrounded by Cotswold chippings and tall hedges, making the space feel private and secluded; a lovely spot to enjoy throughout the year. The maximum occupancy for this property is 5 guests, though the number of adults per booking is capped at 4. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant
Events are not permitted without prior consent
A security deposit is required at this property
Check in is from 16:00 and check out is by 10:00
The Aga will be switched off from May-September (the electric oven and two-ring induction hot plate will be available)
Elm Farm Annex is a self-contained property in the grounds where the owner lives (the owner politely requests that guests remain within the boundary of the cottage and do not enter their private grounds)
The paddocks beyond the wooden railings are used by a local farmer and for the safety of guests, access is not permitted.
