Located close to Bardolino on the south-east shore of Lake Garda, Villa Celosia is an elegant villa with a private swimming pool and lovely lake views. The villa is just 2.8 km from the beach and 2 km from Bardolino, where you can find shops and restaurants. Families with children can enjoy the nearby theme parks such as Gardaland, Movieland and Canevaworld Aquapark and you can also visit the Oil Museum of Cisano or the Wine Museum Zeni in Bardolino.

Villa Celosia (150 sqm) develops over two levels.

In the basement, you will find the Family suite with a double bed and two single beds, (separated by a bulkhead for greater privacy) and a bathroom (with shower).

On the ground floor, you will find the living room with views of Lake Garda and the pool. It consists of a sitting area (with sofa and TV), a dining area (with table seating 8) and a well-equipped kitchen area. In the sleeping area, there are two double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with showers).

The property also includes a sauna with relaxation area (with a tea corner, a wine cellar and snack counter).

Outside, there is a Mediterranean garden (600 sqm) with a shady terrace for outdoor dining and relaxing, a private pool (8m x 4m; depth 1.6m; open from 1 May to 30 September) with a sun terrace (with sun loungers and umbrellas), an outdoor shower and a garage (with parking for one car and a laundry room), as well as uncovered parking for two cars.
