The space
This architect-designed and owned holiday home close to Llanddona Beach on Anglesey is beautifully appointed. It's located close to the local beach and neighboring Beaumaris and Red Wharf Bay, of which there are incredible views from the property.
The Bungalow living area is furnished with 4 comfortable sofas and a wood-burning stove.
In the light and airy dining/conservatory, you'll find patio doors opening onto an elevated decked terrace. There is dining inside for 8 at the large wooden table.
The fitted kitchen is well equipped with everything you'll need during your stay, in case you wish to dine at home, rather than at one of the many local eateries available within a short drive.
3 Bedrooms are sleeping a maximum of 7.
The first has a Kingsize bed with a flat-screen TV.
A further Kingsize bed is in the comfortable 2nd bedroom, with bedroom furniture for clothes and belongings.
The 3rd bedroom consists of a Single bed and Bunk beds (full size) all overlooking the gardens.
Conveniently there is a Bathroom with a corner bath, toilet, bidet, washbasin, shaver socket & hairdryer. As well as a Shower Room with a walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin, shaver socket & hairdryer.
The converted Games Room in the double garage is always a hit with guests. It features a dart board, table tennis table, and pool table.
You can't fail to be impressed by the spacious outside garden area at this property. Relax on the sun deck, or the separate roof terrace and enjoy the incredible views with your favorite snacks, drinks, and great company, or perhaps a book.
As you stroll through the garden you'll come across a peaceful and picturesque stream, and pond. In approximately an acre of garden, you'll enjoy seeing various plant and tree species.
Parking is on the driveway which will fit multiple cars.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property and garden.
The splendid garden area benefits from a pond and stream running through it. Please remember to supervise children and vulnerable adults around water.
