This Wonderful home consists of a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a Fridge, Freezer, Range Cooker, Microwave, Kettle and Toaster as well as cooking equipment and crockery. A washing machine is also made available in the kitchen. All cleaning materials including washing up liquid, hand wash, surface sanitizer are supplied. Tea, coffee, Sweetener, sugar and condiments are also made available.

The spacious living room consists of a comfortable sofa and 49" TV (Netflix & Free-view channels).

The bathroom consists of a bath, shower, wash basin and toilet.

Food-wise, there are a huge number of restaurant and takeaways offering a variety of foods from around the world. Whether you crave a KFC or a nice Chinese takeaway after a long day, this part of Leeds is sure to appeal to anyone

The location is incredibly easy to get to. There is a bus stop near the property offering bus service to and from Leeds City Centre every 10 minutes -bus numbers 49,50 and 50A will all take you there.
