A recently renovated spacious 1929 semi detached period property, comprising of a 4 bedroom house with a 2 bedroom self contained basement

>Bedroom 1 ( house) is a King-size ensuite on the first floor. This room is perfect for multi-generational stays, with its own open ensuite décor has been sustainably thrifted and has a regal blue and gold theme. The hand carved gold bed has a hybrid luxury mattress, for the ultimate nights sleep and the open shower room has a rainfall shower and Led Bluetooth mirror

>Bedroom 2 ( house) has a reproduction Four poster king-size bed with a luxury hybrid mattress, leather rocking chair and and has a colonial theme in calming greens and natural thrifted furniture.

>Bedroom 3 ( house ) is a double size bed original french imported bed with canopy and a smart TV making it perfect for teenagers The quirky theme is mildly “ Alice” with hand painted furniture and thrifted wares .

>Bedroom 4 ( house)is a single size chesterfield wooden bunk bed also suitable for adult weights up to 120kg. This room has a jungle theme with a quirky monkey light, projector night light books and soft toys

>Bedroom 5 ( Basement) is a king-size floating bed with LED a walk-in wardrobe and a movie projector. The LED main light is also a Bluetooth speaker. The theme is thrifted, unique, funky and colourful with a pop art feel. Hybrid mattress for the ultimate night's sleep

>Bedroom 6 ( basement) is a King size bed that can also be split into 2 single beds with a LED Bluetooth speaker light and funky thrifted decoration

Guests staying will be able to enjoy many outdoor and sea-based activities in and around the local area. Whether you are looking for a dry trip, a tour trip, or a destination dupe. Thanet has a lot to offer . Most bars and pubs have live music at weekends and the summer months are host to many live events, festivals, and concerts, Broadstairs Folk Week, food and drink festival, and Margate pride including the many events at Quex park and Dreamland

TRAVEL
Ramsgate is easily accessible by train from London, with a journey time of approximately 70 minutes. The train station is conveniently located just a 12-minute stroll, around half a mile, from the property.

The infamous Thanet Loop is a popular transportation option, taking you from Ramsgate to Margate via Broadstairs for a nominal fare. This allows you to explore the adjoining towns of Thanet easily and affordably.

During the warmer months, there is an open-top bus that runs from Ramsgate to Broadstairs, providing a delightful way to enjoy the scenic coastal route. Additionally, the Ramsgate harbour offers a variety of boat trips, allowing you to experience the beauty of the coast from a different perspective.

For transportation within the local area, there are several local taxi services available, as well as the convenience of fast food delivery options if you prefer to dine in.

Parking around the property is primarily free and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. It's important to note that some roads in the area can be quite narrow. However, locals are accustomed to this and are generally calm and accommodating when it comes to parking. There are also numerous public car parks throughout the town, and the Waitrose car park offers free parking for up to two hours.

The main town area is just a 5-minute stroll away from the property and is currently undergoing significant rejuvenation. Within a few minutes further, you'll reach the harbor and the main beach, offering beautiful coastal views. Most attractions and places worth visiting in Ramsgate town can be easily reached within a 10 to 15-minute walk. Additionally, there are designated disabled bays available throughout the town for those who require them.

Ramsgate offers a convenient and accessible location, making it easy to explore the town and its surrounding areas, both on foot and using various transportation options. Enjoy the vibrant town atmosphere and the beauty of the coast during your stay.

To preserve the integrity of these items, we kindly request that guests refrain from touching or removing them. A holding deposit of £300 will be taken before your stay, and any missing or damaged items will be charged accordingly. We also reserve the right to charge the full charge amount should guests receive the automated 3 x Minut noise alerts after quiet times and continue to keep the noise level above 75dbls

If you should find any damages or issues with appliances or fixtures during your stay, please report them to us promptly so that we can address the problem ASAP and ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.
