Belle maison de ville géorgienne près de la plage et des restaurants, très bien situé, Ramsgate

Maison élégante pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 14 personnes, idéale pour les familles ou les groupes d'amis. Très populaire pour les grands anniversaires et autres fêtes de famille, 3 générations de famille en vacances. Quelque chose pour tout le monde, tous les âges. Beaucoup d'espace pour que personne ne se chevauche. Les charges à faire dans les 10 minutes à pied.
La maison principale comprend 5 chambres et un appartement indépendant situé sous la maison principale avec entrée séparée, une chambre, une cuisine, un salon, une salle de bains et une salle de douche.

Donc au total il y a 6 chambres à coucher, 4 salles de bain. 1 toilettes en bas. (12 personnes dans la maison, 2 dans l'appartement sous la maison principale.) Super endroit. Très proche de la plage et des commerces. Courts de tennis en face. Beaucoup de pubs et de bons restaurants à distance de marche. Grandes promenades, pêche à la voile, surf, vélo. 90 minutes de Londres.
20 minutes des ferries vers la France. Charges d'attractions locales. Super endroit pour des vacances et beaucoup à faire pour tous les âges. Parking gratuit dans la rue.

Christmas family reunion

Highly recommend and will go back! Fantastic stay in a gorgeous house and our host Deanna was wonderful and handled lost keys and found keys with great calm and so easy to communicate with! Very clear check in and check out and fully equipped kitchen for cooking full Christmas dinner for 12! Loads of fridges and ovens made life so much easier. Excellent pubs and eating super close!

Superb House and Location

The house is spacious comfortable and well-kept. It is only a short walk to the seafront, harbour, cafés and restaurants. Deanna is a highly attentive host who responds quickly to any queries. We had a wonderful stay.

Perfect weekend away

House suited us perfectly for a multi-generational family weekend away. Deanna was really helpful in giving advice before I booked as to how the rooms would work best for us, given that ages ranged from babies to my elderly Mum (86). House was very clean and location was ideal for the beach and shops/restaurants/pubs. We particularly liked how the dining room and garden benches could accommodate all 12 of us, so we were able to enjoy the chaos of family meals! Arrival/Departure instructions and Deanna's comms were all excellent and overall we had a fabulous time.

Lovely house & stay

House is exactly as described, very clean & had a warm homely feeling. Lovely furnishings and more than big enough for 11 adults, 2 toddlers & a dog! We all had a great weekend at Latimer House and it’s in a great location for the beach. Looking forward to returning!

Great location - helpful host

This house was great for our family Easter holiday with 13 people and 2 dogs! We were lucky to have glorious weather as there was so much to do, lovely walks to broad stairs, paddle boarding in the sea and lots of playing in the sand. If you’re a big group and this house is available then book it, you won’t be disappointed!

We rented the house for a large family gathering for a week in August. The property is ideally positioned with only a short walk to the harbour and beach. Deanna was very attentive and was very helpful in guiding us on local attractions and things to do. The house had all the equipment you could want for, including buckets and spades for the beach! We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning! Due to fantastic weather we used the garden every night which is very private and is a lovely setting. A really enjoyable week at a lovely property in a great part of the world. 👍

Great well appointed property

The house had so many beds, providing for the needs of five couples and two young children. Lots of hot water, loads of towels, crisp cotton bedding, well equipped kitchen. A very obliging and helpful owner. A lovely weekend.

Perfect base for a family wedding in the area

Had a great time in this lovely home with beautiful sun-spot garden. Short walk into Ramsgate. Plenty of room for all of us and Deanna was great with plenty of contact and information. Would definitely return.

Best rental ever

I have had a few years' experience of renting homes and apartments online. This is comfortably the best place I have stayed in! Excellent place to stay for big groups. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and garden all brilliant. Location is nice too with buses close by. Deanna is a fantastic host! Easy to communicate with and made my birthday weekend feel very special!

Great house, perfect location

Me and a group of friends stayed here for a weekend of RnR by the sea. The house is great, great space for entertaining, comfortable and ideal location within walking distance of the sea front and town centre which offers an array of pubs and restaurants. Short drive from the station. Deanna was very helpful with suggestions of things to do and very easily contactable to arrange checkouts and arrival etc.

A Birthday Celebration to remember at lovely Latimer House

Latimer House was a perfect Property to stay in for a Celebration. Exactly as listed it provided lovely accommodation for our Party of 7 adults and 5 children ranging in age from 12 to two and a half and the multiple bathrooms ensured that everyone was well catered for. The very pretty walled garden was used every evening of our stay due to sunny weather, with a BBQ also provided. If you are looking for a large elegant property for a multi generational get together or for a group of friends then look no further than Latimer House. It is perfectly situated just a few minutes walk from the lovely beaches and the pretty harbour with its many bars and restaurants and there is ample parking.

Great Family Friendly Accommodation

5 stars all round. The house was perfect for our large family, the dining room fitted perfect for all 14 and the living room was cosy. Everything we could possibly need for a weekend away so much so they made up a game of what utensil was NOT in the kitchen!! Deanna was kind and helpful and even left a card and wine for my son’s birthday celebration. Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

Sensational Seaside Sanctuary

Latimer House is such a beautiful place, the photos and all I tell you will not do it justice. Deanna the host is a dream to work with and she couldn't have done more to support our visit for my 60th birthday celebrations. She was so flexible and helpful, even taking calls from my children around little extra touches they wanted to sneak into the mix without my knowledge! We are a multi generational family and the house lends itself perfectly to meeting all of our needs. The flow of the building, layout of the rooms, amenities, facilities, spec/decor, cleanliness, attention to detail and of course location are just a few of the reasons why I would recommend this place to stay, a hundred times over. Oh, the beds were so comfortable too! The stairs could be considered steep for children and older people but there are beautiful bannisters and none of the children [under 5's ] had a problem at all navigating them. Plenty of on street free parking and so close to the beach and walking distance to the town centre. We got a bus into Broadstairs one day and it was so easy to pick one up from there too. We had a private chef come in one night and he was fabulous , it was so nice to enjoy the house and dining room whilst the children slept upstairs The house is beautifully decorated and you really do feel like you are in a hotel - especially the room we stayed in with its own ensuite bathroom. So if you are looking for a place to stay and celebrate a special occasion, this is it!

Beautiful property, great location

We spent a great weekend in this fantastic property. The owner was more than accommodating and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. And we were very impressed with the standard of the property, and how big it was! It is very close to the town centre (5mins), has pubs within 1 min walk(!) and comes fully equipped with everything you need for a great weekend away. It is a beautiful period property which has a fantastic luxurious feel, and is available for a great price! You will not be disappointed if you rent this place - I am sure of that.

Nicole's 60th Birthday

Beautiful Georgian Townhouse-perfect setting for a multi-genertional birthday event. Size and nature of the kitchen facililitated our exceptional chef,Ed Jennings,in preparing and cooking the birthday meal and serve straight to dining room and we were then able to move upstairs for dancing!!!! We all had an execeptional stay and our lovely host Deanna was always on hand to answer any questions and gifted me with some birthday bubbles upon my arrival-and other goodies.Will definately be staying again-Latimer house is fab and is right next to the sea .Thanks Deanna. Special family birthday celebration

Latimer House is a lovely, spacious, character property, filled with all kinds of eclectic pieces. We were a party of 9, celebrating the 70th birthdays of myself and my wife and the house is ideal for this sort of gathering, with plenty of space to get together. We ate out, but Latimer is ideal for a special celebration, whether you're cooking yourself or hiring in a chef, as it has a good, spacious kitchen and dining room. As for location, the house is ideal for Ramsgate's beaches, shops, pubs and restaurants, as you can access most things without having to drive. I'd thoroughly recommend Latimer House.

Bigger than I meant to get but I fell in love with it the moment I walked in and such a fantastic location. Wonderful space to spend with those you care about and great location. See Latimer house.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Lots of space and plenty of privacy. Lots to do nearby so no one gets bored. The basement apartment has a separate entrance, ideal for someone wanting a bit of privacy. Note steep stairs at top of house so not good for people with walking difficulties but we have many families of 3 generations as well as endless gatherings of friends, birthday celebrations
