The apartment has been designed by an interior designer using locally-sourced vintage pieces wherever possible and has a distinctly nostalgic seaside feel.
The living room is comfortably furnished and well-kept, with a comfortable linen sofa, coffee table, selection of books, TV, board games and a dining table which doubles as a workspace. It is also generously lit, creating a sense of relaxation and calm.
The open-plan kitchen includes all appliances, essential cookware, and crockery that will enable you to cook delicious meals from scratch when not out exploring. There is a washing machine available for your laundry needs, as well as a full-size dishwasher.
The bedroom contains a comfortable king-size bed with a rattan headboard and hotel-quality linen to ensure a great night's sleep. Guests use generous bespoke panelled wardrobes for hanging clothing, a chest of drawers, and a full-length mirror.
The contemporary bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. There is also a bathtub to relax in after a busy day in the lanes!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
