There are plenty to choose from in the way of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. The coast, with its glorious beaches and harbour creeks, is just 15 minutes drive away, and the Southdowns with numerous walks and cycle paths is the same distance. The property is also ideally placed for Goodwood events, such as Goodwood Revival and Festival of Speed.

Getting Around:
Chichester's bus and train station is a 10 minute walk away. Should you choose to arrive by car, there is parking on the road outside the property (no permit required).
