Seaside Village Location - 500 m to the beach

Formally, "The Royal Oak Pub", Sandlands Court is a newly renovated development standing proud in East Wittering village centre. Ideal for short stay or longer stays.

"Pebblestone" is a ground-floor apartment with its own access and entrance with lawned front area. A spacious, well equipped home from home, which gives a warm sense of both village and coastal location. Shops and restaurants are within a 2 min walk, approximately 5-9 mins walk to East Wittering beach, so no need to take the car out. This is a perfect base for a holiday retreat, ideal for couples, spending time with the family or working from home.

"Pebblestone" is a spacious two-bedroom, two bathroom apartment and has open-plan living accommodation, which is airy and fully modernised.

A fully stocked kitchen, equipped with pretty much everything you need, including Neff oven and Induction Hob with extractor fan, tall fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, kettle and toaster. Included are oven gloves, tea towels, washing machine/dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, hand soap etc.

The kitchen leads off to the dining area with hand-made dining table, Goodwood car seat style dining chairs. The lounge has a Smart TV with built-in Chromecast, two faux leather sofas to make your stay comfortable. There is also a bookcase with books to suit all ages, also a variety of children/adult board games/cards.

Two good sized bedrooms which comfortably sleeps 4 people. All linen is supplied, and beds are made upon your arrival. Both bedrooms have King size beds, with Indulgence mattress and Milly support Gel pillows. There is a wardrobe cupboard in Bedroom 1 with clothes rail and supply of hangers. Within the bedroom is a full size ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower tray, rain shower head, WC, wash basin and underfloor heating and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2 - King size bed with zipped Indulgence mattress, that can be separated into twin beds. (Please let me know as soon as possible, if you require these to be separated). An area to hang clothes and supply of hangers. There is also a dressing table/desk and chair and chest of drawers.

All Linen supplied including fluffy Egyptian bath sheets and hand towels but beach towels are not included.

A good size family bathroom is accessed along the hallway and consists of bath/rain shower, wash basin, WC and also has underfloor heating and heated towel rail.

All rooms have easy remote controlled electric panel heaters for instant warmth in the cooler months.

"Pebblestone", has an allocated off-road designated parking space for one car. There is an Electric charging point available. There are on-road parking spaces within the immediate vicinity if travelling in different vehicles.

We were super impressed with Jan’s property. It was exceptionally kitted out and all fittings were of such a high standard. The location was perfect both for the beach etc and Goodwood Horseracing which we attend each year. Have no issues with rd commending to anyone. Communication was excellent too.

Superb property in ideal location

Everything about this property is superb. Clean, spacious and ideally located whether you want coast or inland. Lovely small touches like pint of milk and biscuits on arrival. Everything has been thought off from kitchen utensils to lovely smelling diffusers. We loved exploring the local shops, eateries and bars. Will definitely return.

2 Night Stay in East Wittering

We stayed here whilst doing the 50km Ultra (Race to the King) in June.Never been to the Witterings before - but they are lovely and the village is a really good place for beach/pub/fish and chips etc.. very friendly and all walkablePebblestone (The Property) was excellent - great location, very neat and tidy and all the bits you would need. Jan was very communicative and we even sorted out the Electric Car charger as well.All in all a lovely break and a recommended property.

Stylish apartment

My friend and I enjoyed a mini break in this very clean and comfortable apartment. Being so close to the centre of East Wittering was indeed a bonus. There are certainly loads of places to visit, for all age groups, in the vicinity. There are certainly no shortage of eateries close by. All the reviews in the Guest Book are very positive.

Lovely Flat

It was a lovely flat in a great location. It has 2 very good-sized bedrooms and the living space was also a good size. Everything was clean and tidy. Kids loved the games available. The whole family enjoyed our stay and Janice was a lovely host as well.

The apartment served its purpose, clean and lovely. It provided everything you could want home from home. An ideal location on the doorstep of town and within a few yards to the beach and other closeby sights. We had a slight issue with gaining access to the property but this was soon resolved by Janice who raced around with the correct pin code.😊 thanks for having us stay at your apartment.

A must stay!

Our stay at Jan,s very well appointed flat was outstanding! She has put a lot of thought into making her place comfortable for her guests! We also love the fact that she honors the history of her building. She also shares our common sense approach to protecting our environment. Further, you can’t beat the location. It is a very short walk to good restaurants and the beach. If you are planning to stay in East Wittering, stay at Jan’s.

I'm sorry to be replying so late to you. Our friends thoroughly enjoyed their stay.The position was ideal and the accommodation very comfortable. Luxury by the sea

We had a wonderful couple of days staying at 'Pebblestones' easily one of the nicest properties weve stayed in. So many thoughtful, lovely touches and it had everything we needed for a really relaxing stay East Wittering is a lovely village and it was great to be walking distance to the sea and there were plenty of great cafes where we could dodge the showers. Jan was a great host who replied to any questions really quickly and gave great tips for places to eat. Would definitely book again

Perfect stay

Came with elderly parents and everything was perfect. Easy access, spacious car parking, great location for village and very close to Chichester where are son is at Uni. Communication from the outset was fantastic which set our minds at ease from the time of booking. Cake, card and balloon waiting when we arrived for a recent birthday. Could not have wished for more, will definitely be back!

Fabulous Appartment and in a great location with all local amenities on your doorstep. Very modern , clean , comfy beds , lovely shower , Kitchen area everything you could possibly need . I have lived in the village now for just over 5 years having lived in Hampshire all my life. I took early retirement from my job, and I now live with my partner in the village. I decided to purchase this property at Sandland's Court as a tribute to my late husband. We used to visit the Royal Oak pub at the weekends, and this particular part of the development was the public bar with the Pool table, so I remember it well. I have such wonderful memories here over the years. I fell in love with the Wittering's many years ago, and couldn't wait to come here at weekends or school holidays with my young family and cycling miles round the coastal paths. I can only hope you take away your own good memories! I very much look forward to welcoming you here at "Pebblestone".
