Experience the light, bright, and spacious atmosphere of our apartment. The inviting lounge features a cosy gas fireplace for guests to enjoy, surrounded by plenty of comfortable seating. Guests can also peruse our collection of books located in the lounge bookshelves. Large double doors flood the lounge with natural light and lead out to the shared, walled garden.

This ground floor apartment boasts a generously sized bedroom with a king-size bed and an additional single bed, perfect for families with young children. Another bedroom offers two single beds.

The bright and well-appointed bathroom is complete with a bathtub, toilet, and sink. Please note that while there is no shower, you'll find everything else you need. The fully-equipped kitchen/dining area is perfect for self-catering, with a dining table and chairs providing a delightful view of the garden.

Additionally, you’ll find a selection of indulgent goodies including chocolates and sweets to make your stay extra special.
We also provide shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, and there is hand wash available at each sink.

Chichester boasts many beautiful parks, some of which with play equipment for children. Oaklands Park, Priory Park and Bishops Palace Gardens offer stunning views of this historic city.

You can't visit Chichester without a trip to the Cathedral, which takes centre stage with its 277ft spire visible from miles around.

The city walls walk which encircle the Chichester and the cathedral are great if you like to soak up the history of the city.

Chichester’s City Gate is an area near the train station which has restaurants, cinema, bowling, arcade games and laser quest.

Chichester canal is a 10 minute walk away and from here there are often boat trips on offer or you can take a walk along the canal to Chichester Marina.

If you are visiting for a Theatre show, Chichester Festival Theatre is a short walk away and offers an excellent programme throughout the year.

The Goodwood Estate is just a 15 minutes drive, which offers a myriad of events throughout the season including motor-racing (Goodwood Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival & Members Meetings) and horse-racing. There are buses and many taxi companies operating in the area, please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any help in organising this.

For a beach visit, in just a 15-minute drive away you will find the beautiful Pagham and Selsey Beaches, and a mere 15-minute drive from the renowned dunes of West Wittering.

If you enjoy walking, hiking and cycling you’ll love the picturesque coastal routes that offer breathtaking views of Chichester Harbour. Additionally, there are numerous country routes nearby that provide an opportunity to explore the stunning South Downs National Park.

A car is not essential with this property as there is a bus and train station in Chichester, a short walk away.

Conveniently located within a short walk, Tesco Extra provides all your food shopping, petrol, and pharmacy needs. Just nearby, the charming village of Parklands offers a playpark, playing field, and a variety of shops including a co-op, butchers, post office, pharmacy and an excellent fish & chip shop. Perfect stay for our family!

This lovely place had everything we needed for a longer stay in Chichester. The building is beautiful, the flat cozy and welcoming, and my children loved all the toys and books. It's a short walk to the centre of Chichester and to a larger supermarket, and easy to get around by public transport or to reach by car. We really felt at home here, and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The apartment is a great base to explore the local area. The South Downs Countryside and South Coast are a short drive away. As are the Goodwood events including Horse Racing, Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival.
It is nearby to the A27 offering easy transport links towards Brighton and also Portsmouth and beyond.
The apartment is also within walking distance of Chichester City Centre which is home to the Cathedral, parks, museums and plenty of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.

There is a large, pretty garden and garden furniture - a great space for both kids and adults to enjoy.
The apartment has parking for one car. Additional on street, free parking can be found on the road leading to the property.

A welcome pack is left out for our guests upon arrival which consists of -
Tea, coffee, sugar, tea towels, cloths, hand wash, cooking spray, dishwasher tablets, rinse aid, matches, sun cream, tissues, hand sanitiser, bin bags, scrubbing brush, salt, pepper, fire lighters, pen and tinfoil as well as a some goodies including chocolates and sweets!

We also include shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom and hand wash at each sink.

We can provide a travel cot (please provide your own linen) and high chair along with baby packs 0-2 years and toddler packs 2-4 years. Items are subject to availability and requested in advance for shot stays only. All items are to be left in the property at the end of your stay. They will be cleaned and sterilised between each use.
