La Salicorne-apartment with view of harbor channel

Summary:
La Salicorne is a recently renovated apartment for 4 people with a beautiful view of the harbor channel. Despite its location in the second line behind the dike, La Salicorne still has a view of the Staketsels from the bedrooms. The shopping street as well as the beach and streetcar stop are just a stone's throw from this accommodation. La Salicorne is thus the perfect base for a stay in Nieuwpoort!

The Space:
As you enter, you have an immediate view of the bright living space. Here you will first find the large kitchen including a coffee corner. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking during your stay.
From the sitting area, you have a beautiful view over the park and the harbour channel. From the balcony, you can enjoy the beautiful weather with a snack and a drink.

Returning to the entrance hall, there is a storage room with washing machine and dryer. There is also a bathroom with walk-in shower. Finally, we have 2 bedrooms, both of which overlook the palisades. There is 1 bedroom with double bed, and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds together.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the vacation home and facilities.

Other Things to Note:
PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you reserve this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area.

LINEN:
Bed linen and towels kitchen and bathroom are NOT provided. This is mandatory for you to bring by yourself.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
