The Space:
Located along the port channel in Nieuwpoort you will find apartment Portsight, a cozy 1 bedroom apartment.

With its own entrance, on the 1st floor, apartment Portsight has a bright feel with a flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, cozy couch (which you can convert to a sofa bed), and a dining area. It is a small hideaway perfect for relaxing after days at the beach and in the evening, you can enjoy dinner at one of the numerous restaurants located within walking distance. A private garage box is available for you.

Portsight offers a covered terrace which includes a table and chairs!

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine, all along with a selection of kitchen utensils for preparing your own meal.

The bedroom has a double bed and can be completely closed off from the living room.

The bathroom has a shower, WC and sink.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation.
