This fabulous studio is available for up to 2 guests. The property is characterized by its brightness, and modern details in the decoration, it is cozy and has all the necessary amenities to make guests feel at home. The urbanization in which it is located is Andalusian style, which gives it a special charm and an authentic Spanish feel. The apartment is located in the courtyard and is accessible from the ground floor, making it a comfortable option.

The property is composed of a kitchen area, where you will find a cabinet equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and all the crockery to enjoy a delicious meal.
Next, there is the dining area, which has a table and 4 comfortable chairs. This is followed by an area to relax with a comfortable sofa and a large TV. Next is the bedroom area, where you will find the double bed, storage spaces, and coat racks. Also, a small individual desk, ideal for teleworking. Finally, a charming furnished patio, where you can enjoy the fresh air and unwind. Complementing the property is the exquisite bathroom, which has double sink space, storage space, toilet, and shower.

The apartment has hot/cold air conditioning.
Additionally, in this accommodation, you will have a washing machine, clothesline, and iron.

It is important to note that the property does not have private parking, so guests must park their vehicles on the street, where free public parking is available, and there is also free parking 3 minutes from the property.
The property is close to a supermarket, restaurants, beach clubs, and coffee shops. Please check with us for a list of them!

A security deposit of €500 needs to be delivered by 3 days before your arrival, this one will be given back 3 days after departure.
We will be waiting for you to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm there are two options available for check-in.
You can pick up the keys at a specific location and then enter the unit on your own. This option is free of charge.
Otherwise, someone will be waiting for you on the apartment. In this option, there is an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours please consult us for availability and rates.
Please let us know 24 hours in advance of your arrival time to make sure that someone will be waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour late, there will be a surcharge of 25€.

*We do not accept groups of teenagers or underage guests unaccompanied by adults. Minimum age to book is 25 years old.

*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if more are needed they will have an additional cost. We do not provide towels for the beach.

*Transfer to and from the airport available, check availability and costs.
