Our Nadur apartment is the perfect base for a tranquil weekend break or a relaxing family holiday. Spend your days on the nearby Ramla beach, exploring the incredible Gozo countryside and soaking up the Mediterranean sun in the stunning communal pool area complete with sun loungers and umbrellas. Situated in a premium location just minutes away from the renowned Ramla bay beach and a short walk from the bustling restaurants & bars of Nadur village square, you'll be in the heart of a favourite getaway spot for locals!
From the moment you step inside our modern ground-floor apartment, it welcomes you with a bright open plan living and dining area, premium facilities throughout and a fully equipped kitchen giving that real "home away from home" feeling!
The apartment is perfectly sized and equipped to accommodate a group of friends or a family of 6 persons in complete comfort for any length of stay. There are three bedrooms with a total of 4 beds over 2-double bedrooms (queen-sized) and 1-twin bedroom. You will find a family bathroom complete with a bathtub and 2 en-suite bathrooms equipped with large walk-in showers. Our space can comfortably sleep 6 adults and a baby cot/crib can be provided upon request. All bedrooms and the living area come equipped with modern dual air-conditioning (cool or heat), so you can be sure of a good night's sleep in any weather.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals including a full oven & induction stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, kettle, pots & pans, dishes, Dolce Gusto coffee maker and all the essential cooking utensils. Guests can relax and dine in the bright living/dining area as well as enjoy BBQ cooking on the cosy private terrace which comes equipped with a gas BBQ, 2 armchairs, a coffee table and full lighting. A washing machine, clothes drying rack, iron and ironing board are also available.
The living area has direct access to the pool area through the large sliding doors and features an impressive 65" Samsung 4k Smart TV (with all accounts provided for Netflix/Disney+/Amazon Prime Video/Youtube) and a super comfortable "L" shaped sofa. The TV also comes equipped with a JBL soundbar speaker system and the living area has full blackout curtains for a real home cinema experience. Fast WiFi is available in all areas of the apartment thanks to the MESH system. You will also find various board and card games in the apartment, including a full poker set and chess board for those cosy evenings at home.
For those that need to mix work and pleasure. There is a workstation area set up in the master bedroom with a desk, ergonomic office chair, laptop stand and an ethernet connection. The internet connection handles Zoom/Teams video calls with ease.
Guests enjoy full usage of the luxury communal pool area with direct access through the living room and private terrace. The communal pool is shared with other residents of the small upmarket apartment complex (7 apartments total). It is well maintained and treated all year round however do keep in mind that like all outdoor pools in Gozo, it is not heated so it will not be warm during the winter months. The pool area comes equipped with sunloungers, sun umbrellas/parasols, drinks tables and an outdoor shower.
Our apartment is fully licensed and accredited by the Malta Tourism Authority.
GUEST ACCESS
You will have completely private use of this 3-bedroom apartment and all of its internal facilities. You will NOT share any internal parts of the apartment with anyone outside your group. The property is accessed from the common area of a small upmarket apartment block and is located on the ground floor.
The communal pool area is fully accessible for our guests and shares access with other residents of the complex.

LOCATION
Our holiday apartment enjoys a premium location at the edge of Nadur village and is just minutes away from the famous Ramla bay and Tal-Mixta cave. Situated on a quiet road in the picturesque Gozo village of Nadur, steeped in history and set among traditional houses and real locals. It's just a 4-minute drive to Ramla Bay and an 8-minute walk to the bustling village square where you can find a selection of fantastic restaurants, local bars and a small shop. All the essential amenities such as a supermarket, a pharmacy, ATM and public transport can be found within a few minutes drive around the village. A small supermarket can be found within a 6-minute walk from the house. There is a bus stop right outside the apartment that can take you to Ramla bay or the Gozo ferry terminal. Enjoy a unique mix of sunny Mediterranean tranquillity and bustling village life
Public transport in Gozo is an economical and efficient way of getting around, almost all areas of the island are accessible by bus. The nearest bus stop is directly outside the apartment and is called "Hanaq". This stop is served by 2 buses (number 302/322) which drive to/from Ramla bay beach and the Gozo ferry terminal. You can also catch the big red "Hop On - Hop Off" tour buses from the dedicated stop in the village square of Nadur which is a 7-minute walk from the apartment. There is no private parking garage at the property however due to the quiet location you can usually find free parking on the street directly outside or at worst within a 1-minute walk.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
We wish to make guests aware that the communal pool area is managed by the complex administrator who reserves the right to occasionally close access to the pool when necessary to complete cleaning or maintenance operations. Common pool rules must be adhered to at all times for the comfort & safety of all residents in the complex. You can find a copy of the communal pool rules on the guest notice board in the apartment.
