La ferme Tal-Hnejja a plus de cent ans et est un joyau de la vallée idyllique et renommée de Lunzjata. Cette région regorge de vestiges historiques, archéologiques et géologiques qui vous ramènent dans le temps où Gozo était un paradis pour peu d'habitants et riche en flore et faune. En quelques mots, c'est l'endroit idéal pour les vacanciers exigeants.

L'entrée se fait par un hall qui mène à une salle de petit-déjeuner à côté de la terrasse. Au premier étage, on trouve une cuisine ouverte / salle à manger / salon avec câble T. V., Wifi gratuit, DVD. Outre trois chambres pouvant accueillir huit personnes, elles offrent un hébergement confortable et toutes les chambres sont équipées de la climatisation. Ces unités sont reliées à un compteur de pièces. On trouve une télécommande dans chaque chambre. La chambre principale bénéficie d'une salle de bain en suite. Une douche supplémentaire est également disponible. Un lave-linge et une cuisine entièrement équipée sont également fournis. Une connexion Internet gratuite et un lecteur DVD sont également fournis. La terrasse et le barbecue qui entourent la belle piscine offrent un lieu accueillant pour tous les visiteurs.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is spacious, clean and comfortable, the views are incredible, the location is perfect as it overlooks a quiet agricultural valley but its only a 15 minute walk into vibrant Victoria.I would describe the style and amenities as rustic and comfortable.

We all really enjoyed our 7 night stay in the farmhouse. Great location and lovley village vibes We all slept well, and the air con was more than sufficient We spent most of the afternoons around the pool , very peaceful and relaxing , the pool was great!!The host Maria was super helpful, though we had no issues , but knew we could contact her if we needed Recommend the local eatery’s , both 12 o 3 and the sports bar !! Small local village shop which stocked everything you could need Short walk into Victoria or the local bus which ran every hour ! Overall a great holiday !

The host was extremely helpful in providing directions when our flight was delayed and we unfortunately arrived late- she had even left some groceries for us which was kind. The house and pool are in a beautiful setting and quite central- so nowhere is further than about 15 mins by car. We loved the pool, view and size of the rooms. Wish I’d read the small print closely, because we didn’t know the aircon was on a coin meter until we got there (fair enough). There was a huge fridge and very basic kitchen. The gas stove (extremely old) leaked gas so we turned it off at the bottle. The floors and bathrooms were not too clean but it’s a rustic setting and we had a great week there.

Relaxing and stress free stay.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here last week. We absolutely loved the property, the photos don't do it justice. The pool area is great for relaxing with a view, and the little balcony off the kitchen is perfect for both breakfast and a drink before bed. The location is spot on too, easily walkable to Victoria. It took us about 15 minutes to get into the centre itself. Quick and easy Uber/Bolt ride to nearby places such as Xlendi too. There's a couple of fair-sized supermarkets in Kercem itself, as well as a pub and a bakery.Our host was helpful and always on hand to help or advise as needed. We'll be recommending it to our friends!

Fabulous farmhouse

The outside space was perfect for family of 5. The children spent a lot of time in the pool, despite it not being heated. We loved the scenic view from the terrace and balcony. The supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and bar in town made it easy to stay local if we didn't want to drive. Victoria is also walkable for a change of scene.

We loved the farmhouse, the area was beautiful and central, breezy and cool. The pool was wonderful and when we werent eating out, we cooked some lovely meals and ate them on the terrace overlooking the valley. This is a lovely and relaxed place to say and we'd highly recommend!!! Any questions we had were quickly answered by our lovely host who was just up the road.

Very nice, quiet location, easy access to Victoria.

We had a great week here. The villa is in a very quiet and peaceful location but also only about 20 min walk from the centre of Victoria. The host Maria is very nice and was available if needed but we didn’t need to call her as we had everything needed. The pool was great, the view is lovely and the property is spacious. All in all we found it met our needs very well. Thank you!

Rustic Farmhouse

We had an amazing time. Tal Henjja farmhouse has a ton of Gozan charm and had everything thing we wanted for our relaxing vacation. Because the property is east facing it could benefit from more shade blinds or awnings on the eastern windows. It was very difficult to keep the house cool. We had no issues with paying extra for the AC but it was a pain to keep finding euro coins to feed the AC. It would be great if there was some kind of card payment system instead. We only used the AC in the bedrooms at night and it was about 6 euros per night. We are very glad we rented from Mary.

Spectacular views of Lunzjata valley. Good sized pool. Equipped with all necessities. Very helpful host. Only drawback - the pool is on the ground floor while all other rooms are on the 1st floor. Would have been convenient to have a small bathroom the ground floor

Lovely villa, great location

Had to find last minute alternative accommodation due to building work at original booking. This did not disappoint at all. Great location, only 15 to 20 mins walk to Ir-Rabat/Victoria. Pool was great and a good sized property. Maria was very helpful, quick and easy communication.

Lovely stay

Beautiful house with an amazing view. The house had a modern middle ages vibe. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. There are a few small things that could use an upgrade. A bit of new kitchenware and a bit more pressure in the showers can do the trick. But other than that a very characteristic place to stay and a very helpful and thoughtful host.

Nice house with plenty of character. It would have been nice to have been informed that there is a requirement to pay tax of 50c per person/per night. The swimming pool was adequate, the size of pool should have been listed. Previous reviews are misleading and that a car is required to visit the beach-45min bus journey otherwise.

Very nice as always

We've stayed here (two adults, two kids 9 & 6) before but this time we also had my Mother, Father and Sister-in-law with us who were comfortably accommodated. Maria is local so was able to accommodate a later check-in due to already inconvenient and additionally delayed flight times. She also organised an airport shuttle for my in-laws whose return flights were much later so they didn't have to get up early. As well as generally looking after us very well. Almost certainly some, or all, of us will be back next June. See you then, Maria.

Trip to Gozo

We stayed at this lovely farmhouse for a week - myself, my wife and three year old, and my parents. It had everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday - and the private outdoor pool was perfect for cooling off in the hot weather. Our daughter barely got out all week and loved seeing the lizards sunning themselves along the edges.Gozo itself is lovely and we were lucky to hear some of the festivities happening around the island. Our host Maria was really communicative and when we had a brief power cut came over with torches and candles (which, fortunately, we didn't have to use as the power came back shortly afterwards).Parking on the street was absolutely fine and we never had trouble finding a spot that far away. Maria suggested we avoid the steep hill up Fontana, which we did to our rental car's great relief. A note to anyone using Google Maps as a Sat Nab - don't go down Triq Petri like Google suggests. It's not a passable road (though it's a pleasant walk into Victoria for food).We particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings, watching the sun go down and listening to the many church bells and the booming cannon and fireworks that were part of the local feast days.All in all, a wonderful stay and a lovely place to have it.

Beautiful farmouse in Kerçum

Lovely welcoming host happy to help with planning trips out. Kerçum has a nice, small local pub which does very reasonable meals and an amazing bakery ... David's bakery. The propery is 20 minute walk from the centre of Victoria down and up the small valley the property looks across. We came back feeling our batteries had been completely re-charged. I forgot to take home a piece of jewellery and Marie went out of her way to find it and post it to me by special delivery. It was back with me within 4 days. Great service from a lovely hostess. Thank you.

A memorable week

We had a great time on our stay in Kercem. The location is great to reach all of the island easily. We hired a car, which we were glad of, as we visited during a heatwave, but had it been a bit cooler, Victoria would have been a fairly easy stroll. The pool was a very welcome addition and got lots of use. The air con worked in all rooms with a coin operated system. Good size fridge and kitchen area, however we did find that more plastic cups for use by the pool would be appreciated. The shower by the outside pool got a lot of use with us, as it had good water pressure and was a nice temperature! Maria was a very welcoming host, easily contactable and on hand if needed. Thank you for the perfect home for a wonderful week spent snorkelling and exploring the beautiful island of Gozo!
