If the security deposit is not paid, the reservation will be cancelled without a refund. If no property damage occurs during the client’s stay, a release of the security deposit amount will be initiated 7 days after the client’s checkout. If you have booked the villa less than 60 days before the arrival, the deposit must be paid right away. Once you have confirmed your stay, you will receive further instructions on how to pay the security deposit.
