Depending on your expectations, this unit has some challenges. For me, the lack of english speaking staff at the tower started it off for me. I couldn't communicate with anyone. Thats a problem. Especially, when you run into a problem. And as such, I did.
The power will trip every time you use the shower. Perhaps I can flip the breaker in the unit? No, you have to go down and talk with the front desk staff each time. And if you don't speak the language, good luck. That was just the start.
Poorly supplied with towels and linnens. Normally, i would just suck it up, not say anything. I couldn't with this unit.
