Brewery Loft - 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom town centre apartment located in the heart of Cirencester. With its prime location, you will have easy access to all the local amenities & attractions that Cirencester has to offer.
Whether you're planning a weekend getaway or a longer stay, you will find this apartment the perfect place to rest, relax and enjoy the Cotswolds. The bedrooms are all spacious with plenty of storage, the lounge/dining room overlooks the town and is a perfect socialising space.

Brewery Loft has been beautifully decorated and furnished for a lovely stay in the town centre. The main entrance is located on the first floor where all the living space is located plus a double bedroom with a king size bed, on the top floor are the two twin bedrooms and the bathroom.

The space consists of
* Cosy lounge and dining room - with Smart TV, books and board games. Large 6 seater dining table perfect for socialising.

* Terrace area with outside furniture - enjoy those sunny evenings with a glass of wine outside overlooking the New Brewery Arts.

* One master bedroom - a comfortable king size bed with hotel quality linen and towels.

* Two twin bedrooms - spacious twin bedrooms with hotel quality linen and towels, the larger of the bedrooms also has a sofa bed.

* A spacious bathroom - a shower over the tub with complimentary toiletries


The Kitchen area is well equipped with
- washing machine
- coffee machine (dulce gusto)
- microwave
- kettle
- toaster
- fridge/freezer
- plenty of crockery/cutlery and glasses

Our property is self catering however we do provide some tea, coffee and toiletries to get you started during your stay.

Guests have exclusive use of the whole apartment during your stay.

Access to the property is up an external staircase which may not be suitable to everyone. The property itself it laid out over two floors so you will also need to climb stairs within the property too.

We like to leave you to enjoy your stay however we are easily contactable should you need any advise or issues sorting.

Brewery Loft by Apricity Property is centrally located within easy walking distance of the shops, cafes and bars that Cirencester has to offer.
Directly outside the entrance to the apartment is the New Brewery Arts which is lovely to explore, they have a cafe as well as local crafts for sale, you can even watch the glass blowing in the shop too.
You are only a minutes walk from St John the Baptist Church which is one of the largest Cotswold Stone parish churches. Tours are available of the Church tower and give an impressive view of the town centre. Check their website for availability. The church also backs onto the Abbey grounds perfect for a walk around and also has a children’s play park.
The Corinium Museum is only a couple of minutes walk away displaying Roman artefacts and mosaics.
Cirencester has lots to offer but is also a great location to explore the rest of the Cotswolds too like Bibury, Bourton on the Water, Tetbury and Cheltenham or Gloucester.

Brewery Loft does not have dedicated parking, however there is street parking on Sheep Street, Watermoor Road or Beeches Road. Please check the signs as some areas are permit only.
The closest carpark is seconds from the apartment, it offers free overnight parking and on Sundays otherwise its a 3 hour maximum.
Personally my preference for ease is Beeches carpark - around 8minute walk from the apartment. It is £2.70 per day, you can park for up to 6 days in one go and is free on Sundays. You can also top up parking from your phone with the app.

Everything you should need during your stay is easily available in the town, however there is also a large Tesco, Aldi, Lidl all within a short drive too.

There are local buses however they do plan your journey well as due to the little villages they do take a while to get around. Although a lovely way to see other areas too!

Although the property does not have dedicated parking it is located right by a short stay car park which is free overnight. There is also on road parking within walking distance or the long stay cary park is around 8min walk and is only £2.70 per day.

We are Rachel and Andy of Apricity Property SA Ltd. We run a few serviced accommodation units in the Cirencester area. Living in the area ourselves means we can provide advice on lovely places to visit and eat and drink. We have a young family so also have plenty of knowledge on fun things to do in the area to entertain the kids - both free and local attractions.
Having both run small businesses for over 10 years we pride ourselves on great customer service. We also respect that some guests prefer a more private holiday so we are happy to leave you to your stay unless you need to get in touch with us.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The property has been newly decorated and furnished with beautiful modern furniture. There is a well equipped kitchen, a dining and lounge area with Smart Tv, Wifi and board games.
The property itself is right in the town centre above the shops, it benefits from lovely high ceilings and lots of windows for a bright and spacious feel.
There are 3 spacious bedrooms, two twin rooms (one of which also has a sofa bed) and one double. All include linen and towels. There is one bathroom with a shower over the bath. The living area has a luxurious green corner sofa and a large dining table with 6 chairs.

Although the property does not have dedicated parking it is located right by a short stay car park which is free overnight. There is also inroad parking within walking distance or the long stay cary park is around 8min walk and is only £2.70 per day.

*The apartment next door is currently under renovation so there may be slightly more noise during working hours than usual.*
