This fantastic three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Lagos.
The freshly decorated open-plan living and dining room offer comfortable places to relax, while the 65” smart TV will entertain adults and children alike.
The American-style kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and pots and pans for cooking. The bar seating at the kitchen island is great for casual meals and also allows friends and family to gather to help prepare meals or to just sit and chat. If you want to take the cooking outside, prepare your delicious meal using the barbecue grill on the main balcony while enjoying a splendid view of the Lagos Marina. There is also a utility cupboard equipped with washing machine and dryer.
The master bedroom has a large-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub/shower, and all three bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and direct balcony access. All of the rooms in the apartment have individually controlled floor heating, air conditioning, window blinds, and free Wi-Fi. If needed, the twin single beds can also be zipped together to form a second comfortable king-size bed.
Two of the bedrooms include workstations, each complete with an office desk and chair, a computer monitor, keyboard, and mouse, and a set of power outlets with a built-in USB charger. Just plug in your portable computer and you’re all set! High-speed wired Ethernet connections are available in case you need higher-bandwidth access to the network.
The historic center of Lagos, filled with the best restaurants, wine houses, and craft shops is a scenic 15 minute walk from the apartment along the beautiful pedestrian path that is next to the marina. Be sure to take time to try one of the patisseries or coffee shops along the way. You can also reach some of Lagos' famous beaches in as little as a 20 minute walk from the apartment.
The Lagos bus station and Lagos train station are short walks from the apartment. Two large supermarkets are less than a 10 minute walk away, but if you don't feel like cooking you can cross a pedestrian footbridge that leads to the marina and choose from one of the many restaurants there.
For activities, Lagos offers plenty of options like sailing trips, dolphin watching, fishing, grotto trips, etc. In addition, the golf courses at Palmares, Boavista, and Penina are all a short drive away. And if you do have a car, you can park it in your own private indoor parking space directly beneath the apartment building.

To comply with legal requirements, upon booking we shall send to you a blank SEF form for you to complete and send back to us prior to your arrival. It is a mandatory requirement.
