Croyde House is is pet friendly (*charges apply) and provides a spacious, high quality base for families or groups of friends wishing to holiday in Croyde with all the amenities you could ask for, as well as being within walking distance to the beach and village. The property is ideal for holidays all year round with downstairs underfloor heating and also the option for a hot tub (*charges apply). Croyde House sleeps up to 9 guests (maximum 8 adults plus one child).

Cooking/Dining

The main Kitchen/Dining room provides a lovely open space for the family to relax and help with dinner preparation, or simply enjoy a drink at the breakfast bar. The kitchen area includes a tall larder fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and cafetiere and is well equipped for adults and children alike, with children's plates and cutlery available. The large dining table will seat up to 8 people comfortably and there is a wall mounted TV for entertainment.

A useful utility room is accessed from the kitchen/dining room which provides a freezer, washing machine, sink and gives access to the garage as well as the rear garden and decked area.

Living

The large, dual aspect living room is a great space for guests to relax (Wood burner not in use).with double doors opening onto the extensive deck where the hot tub is located. From the deck the enclosed garden can be accessed. Sofas provide comfortable seating for 8 guests and there is a wall mounted smart TV with sky.

Leading off the kitchen/dining area there is a separate snug/tv room with sofa seating for 2/3 people, which is perfect for children to gather, leaving the adults to relax. There is a large flat screen tv with Sky for entertainment.

Sleeping

There are 4 bedrooms in total sleeping a maximum of 8 adults plus a child.

The master bedroom is a great size and offers plenty of storage and hanging space, a king size bed plus a small single bed for a child and en-suite shower room. There is a wall mounted flat screen tv with sky and full-length mirror available.

Bedroom 2 is another great sized master bedroom with lots of storage and hanging space plus an en-suite shower room. There is also a chaise longue and wall mounted flat screen tv. The window to the front provides views over the garden and across the dunes to the sea.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have zip and link beds and can be arranged either as twin rooms or super kings. Please select your preferences during the booking process, in the extras section.

Bathing

There are certainly no shortages of showers/bathrooms to choose from at Croyde House. Both master bedrooms have an en-suite shower rooms, plus there is a large family bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle upstairs Downstairs there is an additional shower room. There is also an outdoor shower which is perfect for washing off after the beach or before and after a dip in the hot tub!

Outside

Croyde House continues to 'wow' you as you leave the inside and venture outdoors. The large garden is fully enclosed making it a great space for children and dogs to explore safely and can be accessed from both the utility room and living room. There is also external access via two side gates leading from the driveway area and these are secured with coded locks from the driveway area. There is a large raised decked area with fantastic rattan furniture for 'al-fresco' dining and relaxing in the sunshine or on balmy evenings. The hot tub (additional charges apply) is also located on this raised deck. There is a raised pebbled area where there is a coal BBQ available for your enjoyment (bbq coal not provided). The mature garden provides a level of privacy from neighbouring properties, whilst still allowing a view over the roof tops towards the dunes and bay.

The double garage is available for secure storage of surfboards/bikes/kayaks (there is a partition where the owners store their belongings and therefore this is not suitable for parking). The driveway provides designated parking for 2 vehicles.

Bed linen & towels are provided (one bath, hand & hot tub towel per person) and wifi is included.

Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcomed at this property. (charged at £35 per dog, per week/short stay) Dogs must not be allowed on any furniture or in bedrooms. Dogs must also not be left unaccompanied at the property.

The property has EV charging for vehicles, this is paid when you arrive at the property using the designated app which you access by scanning a QR code when you arrive- charging leads not provided.

BOOKING INFORMATION
Please note that you are booking via an external channel and not directly through Ocean Cottages, therefore any information not provided directly from Ocean Cottages cannot be fully relied upon and pricing may differ. Please check payment and cancellation terms prior to confirming your booking.

Full payment is due if arrival is within 10 weeks. For bookings made 10+ weeks in advance a deposit of 50% plus the £60 non-refundable booking fee is due. The final balance and security deposit (if applicable) is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.

For Bookings confirmed with VRBO, Ocean Cottages will take your payment prior to confirming your booking, this could be up to 72 hours after receiving your confirmation from VRBO. If we are unable to accept your booking, we will contact you as soon as possible. Airbnb take payment on our behalf and pay us after your stay, they will confirm the dates and amounts due when you make your booking.

It is not possible to add any extras when booking via VRBO/Airbnb and therefore the costs of any extras will not be included within the price shown, extras must be requested and paid for directly with Ocean Cottages.
