The Price includes:

- Zer0Dep Guarantee = You do not pay the security deposit on balance or on arrival and you have EuropAssistance coverage in case of accidental damage to the property during your stay (up to the maximum of € 1,500.00 and with the limitations provided).
-EuropAssistance insurance to cover penalties in the event of cancellation of the stay = In addition to objectively documentable and unpredictable health or work reasons at the time of booking, you can cancel and be reimbursed in case of reasons related to: Covid-19 infections, epidemics and pandemics that directly affect you, your travel companion or family member; terrorist attack that hit the place of stay.
- Stay cancellation cover due to lockdown = It protects you and your travel companions in the event that you are forced to cancel your stay in the 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, due to the occurrence of Covid-19 epidemic containment measures officially imposed by the Governments/competent authorities.

Villa La Vista is the perfect holiday home if you love the sea and contemporary style. From its enviable hillside setting, magnificent panoramic sea views extend from nearby beaches and a marina to the Aeolian Islands beyond. It is an incredible backdrop for a morning coffee on the terrace, a cool evening drink by your private heated pool or an afternoon siesta.

Interior:
Step inside to a stylish living space spread over three floors. From the outside the villa may seem a simple small house but as soon as you enter you see the incredible sea views through the large glass doors facing the sea. Three double bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms provide comfortable space for sleeping up to six while a sofa bed is available for two extra guests. Air conditioning is present in all bedrooms. Entrance floor: living room with sofa bed, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Downstairs: kitchen with direct access to the terrace and swimming pool, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. Upper floor: access to the panoramic terrace.

Park:
To never lose sight of the sea and the Aeolian Islands, the sea side facade of the villa is equipped with large windows, stained glass windows and balconies. For the best view you can reach the roof terrace by climbing the iron stairs. The infinity pool, with its particular shape, seems to be the continuity of the sea. It almost seems to touch the Islands. Around the pool, the solarium with deck chairs and the dining table under the olive tree will be places of relaxation for moments of sharing with family or friends. A small garden with lawn, accessible via 5 steps from the terrace, also offers a barbecue area.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:
The irregularly shaped infinity pool measures 12m. x 3m. and is from 0,50m to 1,50m deep. The swimming pool is open from 1st May to 31st October.

Pets: On request.Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.

In case of non-disposal of urban waste, the payment of Euro 30.00 per week will be required at check-out.
