About the Villa:
This great holiday home with a big enclosed garden on the edge of the Sibillini Mountains is located in Cessapalombo, Italy. It is an excellent choice for family holidays or a group of friends or family. The house has 5 bedrooms with a private bathroom located at the ground and on the first floor of the villa. all the windows in the bedrooms have a insect screens and in summer there is airconditioning in the whole building.
Living area:
You can relax in the living, composed by a long table for ten people, tv, armchairs and sofa with a view on the garden where you might see some wild animals. A bar is at your disposal in the living room to enjoy nice cocktails.The living is connected to another cosy room, equipped with board games and a smart tv with possibility to watch your favorite netflix movies (for your private accounts) .
Kitchen:
On the same floor you will find a big kitchen equipped with microwave, cob, oven, dishwasher, slicer, kitchen robot and all the basic utensils as well as ingredients (olive oil, vinegar, salt, herbs and sugar) to prepare a nice meal.
Garden:
In the garden are available outdoor seats, several pic-nic tables, 2 barbecues,
1 pizza oven to prepare your own pizza, 1 gazebo and some games for children.
Swimmingpool:
From may to september you can enjoy and swim in a big swimming pool with hydromassage (not heated), surrounded by a great view and peaceful nature.
Sun beds, lounge sets, showers and private bathroom are there available. The pool house has a bar to prepare a nice aperitivo and a stereo to play some nice music while relaxing in the pool, inner seats and airconditioning to cool down and sip your favorite drinks.
Skiing, hiking, cycling and climbing are just some of the activities available in the area, Lago di Fiastra (20 km) is the ideal spot for those activities.
Nice typical villages are located around our property: San Ginesio (7km), Sarnano (10km), Tolentino and Loro Piceno (15 km) . The area is famous for sweet wines and wine tasting experiences :
Vino Cotto ( in Loro Piceno) and Vernaccia ( in Serrapetrona).
