Suite 79 is a recently-built apartment in a renovated building in the heart of Lecce. The apartment is on two floors, equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, tumble-dryer, safe, electric oven, internet, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, hair-dryer, heating system, 60-inch tv, mosquito nets, smoke detectors. Pets are not allowed.

79 is an apartment accessible from the street. The rooms are cozy and
well-finished. The apartment consists of a sitting room with sofa and a
60-inch tv, a living room with dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. 
From
the kitchen, the guests have access to the bathroom with shower,
washing machine and tumble-dryer, in addition to a small but exclusive
outdoor area. The first floor is accessible from the stairs at the
entrance and it consists of two double bedrooms with air conditioning
and tv. One of the bedroom is on the mezzanine floor on the living room.

The
holiday home Suite 79 is in Lecce, by the old town centre, in the heart
of the Baroque city. Everything is at your fingertips. The closest
beaches are San Cataldo, Torre Chianca, Frigole and Spiaggiabella. The
beaches of Porto Cesareo are a 30 minutes` drive away.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Mandatory towels fee: euro 10 per person per week to pay upon arrival.
 - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
