About this space:
Amazing 4 Bedrooms House, 2 bathrooms, large leaving room with large dinning table, backyard with BBQ. The place is ideal for family or group of friends for either long and short stay. The property comes fully furnished, and fully equipped, Wifi, TV, kitchen necessary, etc... Decorated with style, you will feel just like home.
Parking available for 2 cars.
Location is premium, Brondesbury Overground, 2min walk. Kilburn Tube Station in 5 min walk, be anywhere in London without effort in no time

Other things to note:
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time of 6 P.M. instead of 3 P.M.
The property will only accept the number of adults booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted.

Each guest will be asked to submit a form of identification once the reservation has been created and upon check-in.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
No noise policy in-place between 9PM to 7AM.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked-in.

Check-out at any other time apart from the designated arrangement of 10AM on the morning of the last day without prior mutual consent, you will be liable for a call-out charge of £55. This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime, sending a worker to travel to a different location to obtain another set of keys, payment for producing a separate key and cancellation/rescheduling the cleaning services.

Should the above policies not be respected, a penalty fee will apply to the guest(s) for any damage(s) caused to the property.
A penalty fare of £150 will be charged on your deposit if you smoke in the property.

Nice house but inconvenient

This is a nice house in a not very nice neighborhood. I was disappointed by some of the amenities and the responses we had to some of our inquiries. I was there with my husband and two small children and my elderly parents. They only provided us a single key which was very inconvenient as we were all coming and going separately. They told us it was for “security purposes” but with 4 bedrooms they should assume that not everyone is coming and going at the same time. There was a nice TV with tons of On Demand channels but they are not subscribed to any of the services so we could not access any of them. They don’t provide things like tea bags or sugar or anything like that so we had to buy all our staple products (paper towels, Kleenex etc) that most rental properties supply. My father got locked in the downstairs toilet as the lock was broken and there was no warning or indication of it until he was unable to open the door. We reported it so hopefully it will be fixed before another guest has the same experience. Overall we had a good stay here but I am not sure I would book this place again. It just wasn't the right fit for us.

Clean, three story house in central location

The place accommodated our party of five (including two teens and a senior) very well. There is even a private outdoor space with a table which was lovely on a sunny day. I was concerned about the location after reading one review only weeks before our stay but I felt safe and took the extra precautions I would take in any city. It was really easy to hop on the underground and get to all the sites we wanted to see (Westminster, Buckingham palace, Tower of London, shows, etc.) which was what we were looking for. There were plenty of shops and restaurants right on the street so very easy to pick up anything we needed.

The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Renters should know that the bedrooms are accessed by 2 sets of narrow steep stairs. Two bedrooms and tub/shower on second floor and two bedrooms and shower on third floor. The apartment is located about half a block from a busy main street with restaurants and shops close by. There was a lot of street noise which necessitated keeping windows closed at night. There was a washer which was convenient but no dryer, a collapsible drying rack was provided, also, no dishwasher. We did not have a car but it would have been difficult to use the parking spaces since they were rarely empty. The apartment did serve our purpose of being a place from which to tour London.

Lovely and very functional spot in London

This place worked very well for us. The proprietor was very responsive and helpful with questions as we were coming from out of the country. The check in was easy - picking up a key a short-ish walk away. We were two families, 8 in total. It worked out well as there was a washroom and 2 bedrooms on each of the 2 upper floors, so each family had a floor. There was only one key though, so if you plan to do separate things in your group then take that into consideration. The Turkish bakery/resto steps away has great coffee and pastries and there is also a 24 hour grocery on the corner! Tube station and overground access was also very close - every trip that we took ended up being “about 30 mins away”! The wind seemed to blow loose garbage into the driveway, if you see that on arrival, do not be worried the inside is pristine clean. The washing machine was also useful during our stay. We would happily stay there again.
