Quinta Cottage is a recently renovated, quaint, homely cottage located in the picturesque village of Sandside on the edge of the Lake District.
The property has a large, modern kitchen with brand new modern amenities including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, hob, oven, microwave, and a large fridge freezer. Gas central heating is provided throughout, and a cosy log burner is available for guests to use in the lounge.
High quality WIFI is also available for guests to use during their stay.
The property has one double bedroom and one twin (which can be made into a double). Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with electric power showers and underfloor heating.
On street free parking is available near to the property. Pets are allowed for an extra charge (pet bowls provided).
The property is non-smoking throughout.
This character two bed property has unbelievable views of the Kirkby Pool river out to the Irish Sea. The perfect place to enjoy the incredible views and a glass of wine, after a day exploring the beautiful Lake District or one of the many festivals in nearby Ulverston (7m).

The property is over three floors with stairs leading from the lounge down into the large kitchen and then into the conservatory with views over the field and nearby mountains.
From the lounge, there is also stairs up to the bedrooms, with one double room and one twin room, both with their own ensuite. The twin room also has a large window, enabling you to enjoy the calming nature right on the doorstep of the property.
Although cosy, this property has everything our guests will need to enjoy their relaxing staycation, to re connect with nature and the outdoors
