The complex (Watermark) is located on the north end of the Cairns Esplanade. The residents are mainly elderly locals who enjoy the quiet & peaceful setting of the property. Please do respect others, strictly no parties and no excessive noise after 9pm and before 7am. Thank you!
Cairns CBD, the Lagoon, cafes, bars, restaurants are all within walking distance.
To fully explore this beautiful tropical city and its surroundings (beaches, Tablelands, Kuranda, Daintree, etc.) we'd recommend having a vehicle. If you're no coming by car or won't be renting a car, UBER and other rideshare services and platforms are also available in Cairns.
Children must be supervised by an adult in and around the pool area at all times.
No parties, or excessive noise after 9pm please.
Depending availability, we allow early check-in and/or late check-out at a surcharge of 50% of the daily price.
Before leaving / checking out, please put all rubbish including food scraps in the rubbish bins on the ground floor (yellow bin for recycles)
Please load and start the dishwasher with all used cutlery, crockery, pots & pans.
