Redlynch is a semi-rural town and suburb of Cairns in the Cairns Region, Queensland, Australia. Redlynch lies along the valley created by Freshwater Creek with the Redlynch Intake Road being the major artery running from north to south roughly parallel and west of the creek. Redlynch Shopping Village is opposite the hotel and diagonally opposite the railway station on the corner of Redlynch Intake Road and Margaret Street. Redlynch Central Shopping Centre is located in Larsen Road off Redlynch Connection Road.
The Crystal Cascades, Redlynch Village and Redlynch Shopping Centre are all within a few minutes drive, Cairns City Centre and Cairns Airport is approximately 15-20mins drive.
Guests will have access to 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, both living areas, kitchen, dining area, laundry, pool area, patio and all outdoor spaces. The other 2 bedrooms and the separate flat at the back of the house will be closed and not accessible to guests.
Children must be supervised by an adult in and around the pool area at all times.
No parties, or excessive noise after 9pm please.
Depending availability, we allow early check-in and/or late check-out at a surcharge of 50% of the daily price.
Before leaving / checking out, please put all rubbish including food scraps in the rubbish bins (yellow bin is for recyclable items). Please load and start the dishwasher with all used cutlery, crockery, pots & pans. Also please clean the BBQ (if used). All cleaning tools are provided.
