Sense the beauty of the apartment upon entering this bright and modern space. You can notice the fully-equipped open kitchen is made spacious for you to easily prepare meals for your loved ones. It's complete with all the appliances like stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and more! The kitchen counter doubles it's purpose as a dining area that can fit two persons.

Adjacent to it is the cozy living area, that has a grey sofa (that can be turned into bed) with chaise, wooden center table, accentuating wall arts to compliment the space. A huge flat screen TV is available in the area for you to enjoy watching your favourite shows!

The studio is equipped with a king-sized beds that comes with ultra-soft mattress, fitted with hotel-quality linens and pillows that will offer you a very relaxing sleep. The soft carpet, bed side lamps, dresser with mirror, built-in wardrobes and en suite bathroom that completes the space.

Thanks to the wide window glass you can enjoy more of the great views and natural light to comes in the apartment!

For a more comfortable stay soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gels in the bathroom is provided.

The Neighborhood:
JLT is a local gem. It has about 68 towers with area parks and running tracks. There are also over 540 retail outlets that you can shop in. If you do not want to move that much around Dubai, there are over 300 restaurants and cafés to choose from as over the past few years, this has been the place of new restaurants and bar openings. From a variety of leisure to recreation activities to choose from, you are definitely in the right place!

If you want to stay local, everything you need is around you—grocery, cafes, restaurants, dry cleaning, 24/7 store, and more. Restaurants and cafes such as Nola, Friends Avenue, Tim Hortons and Jamie Oliver’s pizzeria while grocery stores such as Finemart, Carrefour and Zoom are just few steps away from the building!

If you love the beach, JBR is 10 minutes away and Kite Beach is 15 minutes away all by taxi. Dubai Marina is just a few minutes drive away, or is easily accessible by foot (just cross over metro bridge). The Palm Jumeirah is even closer, just a ten minute drive and also accessible by metro. The surrounding area also has lots to offer, with lots of restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance around the lakes.

Dubai downtown is a short 20 minute drive, or can easily be accessed from the metro outside the front of the building.

For shopping, the main malls are close by. Marina Mall is across the road and Mall of the Emirates and Ibn Battuta Mall are all within 15 minutes from JLT.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Uber and Careem are options for booking a taxi if you want to easily travel around Dubai.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where JLT 2 bus goes around JLT if you simply want to roam within the area. The DMCC metro station is only a 4-minute walk. The Dubai metro system can get you from one end to another of the Emirate.

Restaurants and cafes are accessible on foot. Carrefour Market is a few minutes away.

The fastest and easiest way from DXB airport is by taxi (30 minutes). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
