The condo is centrally located on the Isla Verde Beachfront next to the Water and Beach Club hotel. If your group is looking to stay on the beach, bingo! It's just 5 minutes from the airport, on the beach, safe, walking friendly to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, 24hr casinos, Walgreens, 10 minutes from Old San Juan and La Placita, 30 minutes to El Yunque Rainforest and the Bio Bay and a 5-minute walk to the most popular nightlife at El San Juan hotel.

I will have as much or as little interaction as you feel comfortable with. Prior to arrival, you'll receive a long message which includes all the important check-in instructions, condo rules, hours, and most importantly; my local restaurant recommendations.

Once settled in the apartment, most guests love to just enjoy the vacation on their own. After all, this is your place during your stay. So welcome to your vacation home.

Safe to walk around, fun during the day and night, close to airport and family friendly. Tons of places to enjoy just walking distance.

Walking distance to Walgreens, Restaurants, Supermarket, casino, hotels, fast foods, public transportation, watersports, jet ski rentals, banana boat, parasailing and isla verde beach!

If you are visiting for 2-3 days, you will enjoy walking the area. It's really safe to walk around to the beach, hotels, nightlife, restaurants, and more. You are most likely not going to need to rent a car. If you are staying for a few more days or if you are looking to explore the island, consider renting a car as taking taxis outside the San Juan area can be expensive. There is Uber available in P.R and taxis have flat rates within San Juan, no meters. Expect to pay around $12-$20 for each cab ride. If you rent a car, the place includes an assigned free parking spot so no need to struggle to find street parking. If you are renting more than one car, you can find parking in the plaza across the street for a daily flat rate.

You can grab a taxi or a bus just downstairs anytime to see the sights and explore. Beach chair rentals and watersports are just a few steps from the complex lobby on the beach in front. Car rentals are open 24hrs and also available on the main street behind the condo.

Local activities of Isla Verde and surroundings: Sunbathing Jetskiing Banana boat Parasailing Kitesurfing Surfing during winter months (Oct-April) Wakeboarding Fishing Dancing Clubbing Bar hopping Sightseeing old city (10 min drive) Shopping Gambling 24hr casinos.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit (with a processing fee of $15) or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

RESERVATIONS: Guests must be 21 years or older to check-in without a parent or legal guardian. A valid ID must be provided at booking.
CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS: These will be sent to you by email, you are responsible for accessing this information prior to your arrival. Call us in advance if you have any questions. Our office is open every day from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. After hours you can always send an email or a text message.
OCCUPANCY – Guests will use the property only for the dates and times determined in the reservation. The occupancy of the property (reservation dates) begins on the date and time established for check-in and is completed on the check-out date and established time. Unless a previous late check-out is agreed by Capital Jetset and the guest(s) in writing, guests are expected to leave the premises on this established check-out date and time. Guest(s) acknowledges that in case they refuse to leave the premises on the established check-out time and date, they will be prosecuted by the law under the "Ley de Hoteleros de 1995 de Puerto Rico" and further charges for trespassing private property will be applied. Guest(s) acknowledge that they will be liable for all costs including but not limited to legal procedures, administration fees, and other expenses, incurred by Capital Jetset, its representatives, buildings or communities, and property owners in case of a guest(s) required eviction.
Guest(s) shall not use, occupy, or permit the described premises or any part thereof to be used or occupied by third parties or for any unlawful, illegal, immoral, or hazardous purpose.
All guests are expected to be respectful of residents, personnel, neighbors, and all living creatures while staying at the property and building. We have zero-tolerance for disrespectful, rude, loud, or violent visitors. We have the right to cancel reservations that cause any threats, situations that disrupt the community's well-being or involve the police. In these rare cases, guests will be escorted out of the property at the moment and no refunds will be granted.
MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF GUESTS ALLOWED-The maximum occupancy in your apartment is stated on your reservation, no additional guests may stay overnight at risk of having your reservation canceled without a refund. Do not give door access codes or keys to strangers. The person booking is responsible for any damages, keep this in mind when allowing others to stay at the property.
EARLY CHECK-INS are not guaranteed. It is ultimately up to the host to approve any check-ins before the agreed time. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking us if you can check in early.
LATE CHECKOUTS must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your check-out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next nights’ stay at the listing’s full price.
PARTIES / QUIET HOURS-We a strict no-parties/noise violation policy. A noise detection sensor installed in the unit notifies us of high decibel levels. Loud music or a party occurs at over 75 decibels. We will provide one notification when the system detects over 75 decibels over 10 minutes and if the event occurs again, our staff reserves the right to cancel the reservation and request your immediate check out of the property. No refunds will be granted. Breaking this rule will result in a $200 fine. Quiet hours start at 9 pm until 8 am.
CANCELLATION POLICY – Review the cancellation policy that applies to your reservation.
SMOKING-This is a non-smoking property. This includes vapes/e-cigarettes and hookas. Breaking this rule will result in a $300-$500 additional charge and potentially the additional cost that is incurred by losing the next guest’s reservation because we cannot eliminate the odor in time for the next booking. A smoke sensor installed in the unit notifies us of smoking inside the property. There are no exceptions to Cannabis even with a license. Incense and candles are also prohibited.
CLEANING-Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, cleans dishes, takes the trash out, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel; it is a vacation rental. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $100. Any bodily fluid stains on linens or furniture will incur in additional charges beginning at $25 apiece.
LOST KEYS OR GARAGE CLICKERS- Cost to replace the following items: Electronic building key fobs $75 each, lost garage clicker $100 each, building keys $150 each, home key sets $300. Please keep them safe.
PROPERTY DAMAGES INCLUDING LOSS: During the reservation period, all damages to the home or negligence resulting in damage to the property or building or loss of contents will be paid by the guest no less than 24 hours after check out. Guest acknowledges and accepts that Capital Jetset has the right to charge the guest's credit card on file for these damages.
POOL- When applicable. The following will cause guests a fine, please avoid them; having food, glass, or alcohol at the pool. No smoking allowed.
PARKING- When applicable. No parking for visitors. Park in assigned space only. Using an unauthorized parking $100 administration charge and may also incur a police ticket.
LAUNDRY- When applicable. Please, do not hang clothes or towels out of doors and windows. Follow the washing and drying machine instructions. We are not responsible for the machines, contact the service number in case of refunds.
PETS. We know that pets and assistance animals, whether a service animal or an emotional support animal, play an important role in a guest’s ability to travel. However, the safety and health of our guests, neighbors, and building personnel is the number one priority for us. There are two important factors to consider;

Online images and price would suggest a much more updated condo. It needs a serious cleaning and renovation both hallways and condo interior. Images suggest that it has a balcony; it does not. View to beach is excellent, but could not enjoy from room. Sliding glass windows would not open until maintenance came by. When they did (with much difficulty). Negatives: rundown, grimy, two hangers, no balcony, windows too dirty to open, living room TV not working. Positives: view of beach, very quiet, problems with window, hangers and TV were effeciently taken care of. Since I was visiting for a family event, I saw the interior of three other condos nearby, all less expensive and infinitely better in terms of condition, cleanliness and balcony access.

Disappointed
The photos of the unit were accurate but very old. This unit needs serious updates. The shade in the main area did not have a cord to put it up after it was down. The A/C in the main area was not very cool either. The shade in the bedroom did not have tension and would fall to the floor. We had 1 washcloth and 1 hand towel for the entire week. When I asked for more they told me to keep looking for more. One of the beach chairs was broken and not usable. I asked if they could replace it and got no response. They did ask if they could send maintenance to look at the shades however at that time we had 1 day left and declined. The Netflix did not work and there isn’t anywhere to put your clothes. There was a bench in the bedroom but it was broken. The location was on the beach, but I would not stay here again. We actually tried to find another location to stay.

Nice little condo
We arrived after midnight because of a delayed flight so we were somewhat concerned about getting in at that hour. The check in process that was sent to us worked as stated so there were zero issues. The property is older yet clean. The view is amazing. Both the bedroom and the living room have a full wall view of the beach and ocean. When we arrived the shower head was broken and that took a day or so to get fixed but they at least communicated the time frame. Private parking for our rental car was convenient and necessary as this is a very busy beach. Overall we loved it. We'd definitely stay again if given the opportunity.
