Serenity Stay - 2BR/1BA - Near Tech

Escape to Lubbock at Serenity Stay. This bohemian 2 bedroom 1 bath home will allow you and your companions a chance to relax, enjoy the atmosphere, and get a wonderful nights rest. The king and queen mattresses will give you the best nights sleep so you wake up feeling refreshed for your Lubbock adventures. We offer high speed WiFi, a stocked kitchen to cook meals, comfortable living spaces, and within walking distance is to a beautiful park to relax at as well.

Each of the two bedrooms has a super comfy king/ queen size bed and mattress. In each of the bedrooms bed side tables and lamps with outlets are available for guests.

The bathroom is equipped with a walk in stoned shower and all the towels and wash cloths that you will need. Body wash and shampoo are provided in each bathroom.

The living room is outfitted with bohemian modern decor to round out the unique look of the place. Their is plenty of seating for everyone and a 5th guest can easily sleep on the super comfortable couch. The 55 Roku enabled TV is already setup with Netflix. We do not provide cable, but feel free to download any streaming services and log in with your own accounts. Be sure to logout before you leave.

The kitchen of this house has everything you will need to cook during your stay. A drip coffee machine is available for guests and coffee is provided. The dining room just off the kitchen has seating for four people and any remaining guests are free to eat in the living room or at the kitchen bar.

Parking is provided for up to 2-4 vehicles in the driveway or on the street in front of the house. The whole space is yours to use with the exception of any locked cleaning closets.

All areas of the house are available for guest use with the exception of the cleaner's closet.

Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes that are sent out 3 days before your stay. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay, we live nearby and will usually be available to help at any time. We pride ourselves on our quick responses. Garrott, Shawna, Jenna, and Meaghan are your local hosts. We are available by phone, text, or Airbnb message whenever needed. Unless it's an emergency please try to limit late night phone calls or texts. We are happy to assist guests whenever needed but we do have our own families that we take care of as well. If you need anything, just reach out.

- No house parties. Unauthorized parties will result in a $500 fine
- No smoking inside the property
- No excessive volume that would disturb the neighbors
- Clean up after yourself. This includes all dishes and food items.
- If you break something, let Garrott or Shawna know immediately.
- Please do not use the linens in the bathroom to remove your make-up. If towels are stained upon arrival please let us know.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. If a plumber is required because of items flushed by your party, you will be responsible for the service call fee.
