There are 3 separate homes on the property which are available for rent. If you are travelling with a larger group and need more space, the whole compound can be rented! In addition to this home, there is a 3 bedroom home and a 2 bedroom home that are also available on the property.

Sleeping Arrangement:
Comfortable Queen-size Bed
Bar: An eat-in bar that includes a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, and a hot plate. This convenient setup allows you to prepare simple meals and enjoy a quick breakfast or coffee without needing a full kitchen.

Bathroom: The well-appointed bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, modern fixtures, and all the necessary toiletries.

Living and Dining Area: The living area features a cozy sofa, a smart TV with streaming capabilities. It's the perfect spot to relax, watch your favorite shows, or plan your next Austin adventure.

Location: Our studio is located in East Austin, surrounded by the city's most vibrant and trendy neighborhoods. Explore the nearby East 6th Street for a taste of Austin's unique culture, dine at exceptional local restaurants, or enjoy the live music scene the city is known for. Downtown Austin, the Convention Center, and the University of Texas are just a short ride away.

Policies & House Rules:
- Non-smoking residence; Smoking is strictly prohibited inside, but you can smoke outside.
- 1 small dog (20 lbs max weight) with pet fee. No cats
- No Open flames in home
- Absolutely no events, parties, or large gatherings without prior approval
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve home
- City and State taxes, in addition to cleaning fee and standard Property Damage Protection Policy will be added to all reservation rates.
- Check-in time is 3pm; Check-out time is 10am
- You may not exceed this property's maximum occupancy (2) overnight and if you plan on having more than 2 people at the property at any point during your stay, prior approval must be given.
