The elevated master bedroom on the third floor offers a Queen size bed, walk-in robe, opulent ensuite and stunning outlook of the dunes.

The middle floor hosts the remaining three bedrooms and a second living area, an ideal setting for the kids to chill out after a day at the beach. Bedroom two has a Queen size bed, bedroom three a Queen size bed, while the kids' room features two single beds and is decked out with toys and games to keep little ones entertained while you relax and unwind.

The rear north-facing courtyard has an alfresco entertaining area with a barbeque, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a salty dip.

The home is ideally located for all of your holiday needs. Wander over the dunes for a morning swim or sandy stroll, visit the popular Dawn Cafe just two doors down for your morning brew, head to the local pub just a short 3 minute stroll away for dinner and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Follow the beach towards the heart of Ocean Grove to visit the town’s cafes, boutiques and shopping or head further afield to explore the beautiful Bellarine's spectacular beaches, seaside villages and wineries.
