Guest Access:
- Two access points. Side and rear which require fob access or use the intercom. Once inside make your way up to level 1, then find unit number 105. You’ll have access to the entire property when you stay here, so it will feel like your own home.
- The keys will be left in a lockbox located in the unit's letterbox. We will send you the access code 2 days prior to your arrival through the booking portal.

Public transport
Bus stops at the nearby Batemans Bay village centre, operate routes to Maloneys Beach, Moruya, Surfside and Broulee. Additionally on Orient St, a bus stop operates trips to Nowra Bus Terminal.

There is plenty of taxi and ride-sharing options readily available throughout Batemans Bay. However, we suggest pre-booking due to low availability.

Getting there
Property is approximately a 2-hour drive from Canberra’s CBD or a 3-hour 40-min drive from Sydney’s CBD.
Other Things to Note:
- There are nearby roadworks taking place. These works should not affect access; however, traffic control will be in place. These works will take 2–3 months to complete.
- Please keep the noise level to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am for neighbours. Excessive noise could lead to an on-the-spot AUD500 fine and/or eviction from the property.
- Access is at the rear of the complex. Drive down the ramp and use the fob to open the shutter drive-in. The car park is numbered 105.
- A sofa bed is available on request.
- Pool could be closed at any time for repairs

- Early check-in: Our standard check-in is at 3 pm. To guarantee early access to the property we suggest booking the night before if available. Otherwise, early check-in is subject to availability from the night before at an additional cost.
- Late check-out: Our standard check-out is at 10 am. To guarantee a later check-out of the property we suggest booking an additional night if available. Otherwise, a late check-out is subject to availability from the night before to an additional cost.
- Baggage: For security reasons, we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out
