Fully equipped with everything that a family could need for a stay away from home. All quality furnishings and decor, this is a home where you can spoil yourself.
Downstairs there is a master bedroom with walk in wardrobe and en-suite. A stunning open plan kitchen with quality appliances, stone benchtops and butlers pantry. Absolutely everything you will require to cook up a gourmet meal.
The Space:
Welcomed by a coastal trail of white pebbles and steppingstones, our modern vision creates the ultimate ‘home away from home’ for families.
With parking in the driveway for two, you can enter the home using the keyless entry with your designated code and enjoy the clean crisp feel of contemporary living instantly. The hallway gives you a keydrop, coat rack, a power point to charge your phones and a mirror to make sure your ready to explore the world when you leave.
Pass the stairs and you’ll find an impressive open plan living and dining area dressed with timber floors, exposed timber shelves and a gas fireplace perfectly positioned to watch the large smart TV on the fabulous modular couch. A hand crafted 8-seater timber dining table with its raw tree-trunk edge is a beautiful statement piece while you’re having memorable meals with family.
The kitchen is impressive with its huge island breakfast bar, fully equipped walk in pantry with breakfast station (coffee machine, kettle and toaster), while the stainless steel appliances (5 burner gas hotplate, wall oven) are of top quality to cook your favourite meals.
There’s a ground floor main bedroom with a king size bed in beach-inspired décor featuring a walk in robe with loads of hanging and drawers, and a dual vanity ensuite with large shower.
There’s a 2nd king bed bedroom upstairs with a more Australiana theme, a winter inspired double bed bedroom and a single bed bedroom with cot for the little ones. The family bathroom also has a separate vanity area to the shower/bathroom space.
The fun filled children’s retreat has its own TV, toy box, toddler’s couch and modular couch and is easy to clean with polished floorboards.
Outside, you’ll enjoy all-season entertaining in the undercover alfresco area with its timber bench seat and outdoor eating for 6-7, depending on how many bottoms you can fit on the bench seat! There’s a Matador barbecue and mod-grass for kids to play in a secure setting.
More than a holiday, it’s a place to call ‘home’ when you’re away from home.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is set perfectly between the beach and the city, it also has Linear Park with great walking/bike riding trails at one end of the street and a reserve with tennis and basketball courts and a playground at the other. There is a basketball, football and tennis rackets just under the stairs for you to enjoy so keeping active with the kids and/or pets is made extremely convenient.
Take a stroll along Linear Park for a great afternoon or day out. Heading towards the city is Brickworks Shopping Centre that includes Dan Murphys, Woolworths, BIG W and Tony & Marks which is just a short 10min walk away. It makes getting to the grocery store enjoyable and you can also enjoy a CIBO coffee at the cafe or continue the stroll.
A little further along Linear Park is Imperial Measures Distilling which is a fantastic Gin Distillery, definitely worth a visit and try their tasting paddle. Just check their opening hours first.
If you're having fun the stroll continues and you can enjoy lunch or dinner at Bloom which has a very tasty menu with a range of tap beers and some grass for the kids to play.
Maybe you're a sports fan, then check if there are any soccer games on at Coopers Stadium, this may fit nicely into your day out. Or you may wish to just continue the walk all the way into the CBD in which you will come across Par 3 and 18 Hole North Adelaide Golf Course over the Torrens Weir.
Rather than walking East towards the city along Linear Park, you can go West towards the Beach. The first stop must be Alby's Gluten Free Bakery which has delicious treats, you do not need to be Gluten free to love this bakery. Getting back on the trail you will come across Pooch Park, perfect for your furry friend. If you choose to turn back at Findon Road along the other side of the river, the round trip will take approximately 1.5hrs, walking casually. There are a few toilets along the walk and plenty of playgrounds to enjoy.
Other fun activities to consider during your stay that are close by include Maniax Axe Throwing which has a variety of packages from $45p/p or Thebarton Ice Arena which allows you to skate for as long as you want for $26p/p (including skate hire). Or if the weather is favourable, grab some towels and hit up the variety of amazing beaches just down the road including Henley and Grange Beach
Worked up an appetite? Hungry? Looking for a restaurants within a 5-10minute walk and like Indian food, then Spice Heaven and Fusion India are delicious, our favourite dish is the Butter Chicken. If you're willing to drive less about 5minutes away you will come across a huge variety of cuisine along Henley Beach Rd including Mexican, Thai, Italian, Indian, African, Chinese. Park and follow your nose to what you love most.
If prefer to enjoy a meal from the comfort of your own home then grab some meat and cook on the BBQ for alfresco living or simply order from Uber Eats for delivery to the door and enjoy in the winters rugged up by the fireplace or in the summers outside under the fan.

Getting Around:
On the west side of Adelaide CBD, the River Torrens has fabulous walking and bike trails to enjoy. Our place is a 2.3km to Croydon train station, a 7 minute walk to various bus services on Holbrooks Road and only 4.3kms to Adelaide Airport. Taxis and Ubers service Adelaide.
For a day trip, explore the wine regions of the Barossa Valley or Adelaide Hills, both an hour away. All this, and a 10 minute drive to enjoy a day at Henley Beach.
Other Things to Note:
Garage space is not available. Parking in the driveway and on the street.

The guest name and ID must match the credit card used for payment. If you are booking on someone else’s behalf, then we will require your ID in addition to the guests.
A $150 Security Deposit is charged to ensure keys, cards or remotes are all returned.
