There is a comfy three-seater couch and an accentuating armchair in the living area, where you can all gather and make unforgettable memories together. A cable TV, soft carpet, unique pendant lights, and accentuating furniture and accents complete this cozy space.

There's a spacious dining area that comes with a marble-top dining table and gold dining chairs that can comfortably seat up to six guests. Enjoy your food with your loved ones or friends in this area.

Cook your meals in the kitchen, which is packed with appliances, cookware, and other things. Cooking meals has never been this easy!

All the bedrooms are situated on the upper level. One features a king-sized bed; the second room has a single bed with a bunk bed; and the third room has a single bed. All the sleeping beds are equipped with a comfy mattress and fresh, crisp linens to ensure the utmost comfort for you and your family. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom stocked with plush towels, as well as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion.

The second bedroom upstairs boasts a balcony, and the backyard is furnished with outdoor dining sets, perfect for enjoying a delightful open-air meal with your loved ones.

Parking is available in the villa if you have your own ride (which is preferable). Nonetheless, Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

Al Maktoum International Airport: 31KM
Dubai Creek Harbour: 35.5KM

Getting on a train will bring you to different places in Dubai. It is also connected to the tram system that can get you to JBR, Media City, Marina, Knowledge Village, and more. It is also linked to the monorail that can get you around Palm Jumeirah.

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
