Guests can enjoy the SUN/EVENING ATL WEATHER and young children can play in the custom-built LIFE SIZE DOLLHOUSE and POOL GAMES! A GLASS ELEVATOR takes you through all 3 floors in this home. Great -- Not Perfect.

I want to start by saying that the house was wonderful. The elevator was really helpful with my luggage and my daughter. The downstairs lounge was a great place for my family to congregate and relax for the night. There was more than enough room for everyone to have their own space and privacy. Sectionals were extremely comfortable and the dining rooms were beautiful. Kelly and Nora promptly got back to me with everything I needed and answered all of my questions. My main grievance was with the pool and jacuzzi usage. This was one of the main reasons I booked this particular property was for the pool. Upon arrival, the temperature of the pool was cold, but usable. We arrived just before dark and wanted to settle in after a long drive, so we did not use it. We asked for the pool to be heated, however, over the next few days, there was an error with the water. This led to the pool and jacuzzi being too cold for use. This was a bit of a disappointment for us. Another part that kind of puzzled me was not being able to use the bathtub. I thought that was a little odd, but it didn't really damper the experience. Overall, we had a great time at the property, despite the slight disappointment with the pool. Its a wonderful property, and we would have stayed longer if we could!

No issues at all with the property and the property managers were very responsive. The waiver and need for all guest IDs was a bit much however.

Absolutely splendid

The pictures only give you an idea of what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised when I/we arrived, there is do much more. Very nice and elegant, everything you want or need is there. If you want entertainment it is there. If you want peace and quiet, your covered. Need to catch up on office work or have a meeting, your covered. Bask by the pool and feel regal, yep, that is there too. Even, if the steps are too much or your just not feeling it, the property has you covered. Oh yes, for those needing to get their workout out in..have it it. I can ho on and on and still not fo the property justice. The property manager, Kelli, she was wonderful and on it the entire time no matter the time. In summary, I hosted a baby shower for my daughter and I could not have picked a better place. I highly- highly recommend this place.

They provide owners and guests a positive, memorable experience through personalized short-term property management services in the greater metro Atlanta market. Lora was a regional vice president of a retail company for 35 years. She was born and raised in Ohio, and her career took her to Indiana, Illinois and California. For over 20 years, she has made Atlanta her home. Kellie has a background in Human Resources and has over 20+ years of experience sitting on HOA’s as President and various other positions. She also has property management experience managing her personal rental properties for 15+ years. Kellie also served on Non-Profit Boards and was a CASA for several years (Court Appointed Special Advocate). Kellie is originally from Wyoming and she landed in California in the early 90’s where she met her husband John and started her family. In 2007, her husband’s job brought them to Atlanta, and she never looked back. Her son Garrett is currently attending Kennesaw State majoring in Business. Lora and Kellie meet in 2015. After Lora left her corporate retail position, they decided to start a business together. They developed a real estate investment company in which they bought forgotten houses and rehabbed them into beautiful family homes. Through their experience as investors, they became aware of the void in management companies that understood the needs of both owners and guests in short-term rentals. While managing their own properties, they developed a passion for creating memories for every guest. Lora and Kellie are excited to bring this experience and success to the urban vacation rental market in Atlanta. The greater Atlanta area has so much to offer. Many people visit the city for music, sports, dining, culture and nightlife; however, they also want to support others in having a sublime experience while staying in 'Hotlanta'.
