Featuring an eclectic blend of Asian-Industrial styles inspired by the home’s owners’ extensive travels throughout South East Asia and the Pacific, this stunningly beautiful two bedroom home with its lush, green backdrop is the ideal accommodation option for couples, singles or small groups looking for a relaxing, private retreat style getaway.
With a seamless indoor-outdoor flow, the open plan kitchen/dining and lounge area with its feature raked ceiling extends on one side to the decked outdoor BBQ/sitting area and the comfy undercover outdoor lounge area with vertical garden backdrop, to the solar heated plunge pool and adjoining sun deck on the other side. At the front of the home you can enjoy your morning coffee or a late afternoon breeze on the north-east facing deck and adjoining private garden courtyard.

‘Indah’ which translates to ‘beautiful’ in Indonesian, is true of every aspect of this home from its bespoke recycled timber furniture, fixtures and bench-tops to its original artwork and array of cultural artefacts from across the world and its jungle of tropical indoor and outdoor greenery complimented by a multi-level fish pond water feature, home to two families of gold fish.

Ideal for couples, singles or small groups, Villa Indah sleeps up to 4 adults. Framed on two sides by lush, tropical vertical gardens and overlooking the outdoor lounge area and pond, the air-conditioned master bedroom features a super comfy ‘opium’ style queen bed, walk in robe and ensuite complete with walk-in waterfall shower and huge Bali bath for ultimate relaxation. The air-conditioned second bedroom which overlooks the plunge pool and sun deck, is also home to a super comfy ‘opium’ style queen bed, study nook and built in robe and has a separate but adjoining bathroom. To ensure our guests return home well rested, both air-conditioned bedrooms have ceiling fans, screened windows and doors as well as black out curtains.

For those who love to cook, the fully equipped galley-style kitchen stocked with all the essentials features stone bench tops, ILVE 900mm gas stove, electric oven, DeLonghi pod coffee machine, brand new fridge, dishwasher and microwave and an adjoining butler’s pantry. A small electric BBQ is also available in the outdoor area adjoining the kitchen. Guests have the option to dine indoors at the custom-built timber island bench with bespoke lighting feature above or outdoors in the alfresco lounge area whilst enjoying the tranquillity of the fish pond water feature.

You could spend your entire getaway without leaving Villa Indah, thinking you are in an exotic, tropical South East Asian destination, unaware that you are only minutes from the pristine beaches and coastal villages of Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. Bordered by both Lake Weyba and Noosa National Park, nature literally surrounds Villa Indah and the Peregian Breeze Estate. For those interested in exploring the region, Peregian Beach South (access 67) is a 2.5km walk through a beautiful bush track, alternatively you can take a 4km drive to the patrolled beach at Peregian Beach Park. Locals and visitors alike love its laidback and chilled beachy vibe and its village square which is home to boutique stores, a host of restaurants, cafes and takeaways set under cool shady trees and its makers’ market held on the 1st and 3rd Sunday morning of each month. Head 5km south to Coolum, a friendly beachside town fronted by a large grassy beachfront park perfect for BBQ’s and backed by a shopping and entertainment strip featuring a range of dining and casual eateries or head 16km north to Noosa. Recognised as a UNESCO biosphere reserve, this chic coastal town home to iconic Hastings Street famous for its shopping and dining is surrounded by stunning beaches, lakes and rivers as well as the lush hinterland.

Not interested in cooking during your stay? No problem! Simply step outside the sanctuary of Villa Indah and walk across the road to pick up the best authentic New York-style pizza on the Sunshine Coast (BRKLYN Pizza and Wings), a burger (BRKLYN burgers, fries & shakes), incredible Indian (Indique) or tasty Thai (Coconut Kulture). There is also a group fitness gym with daily classes.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have access to the entire 2 bedroom home, double garage, pool and private gardens/courtyards throughout their stay. The front room will be locked and is not available for guest use.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
- A building project commenced on the block next door to Villa Indah Retreat in early June 2023 and is likely to continue until early-mid 2024
- As the home features original artwork and array of cultural artefacts from across the world and the multi-level fish pond feature is not covered Villa Indah is best suited to adults or families with older/teenage children. We do not accept bookings from guests with children under 13 years of age.
- We do not accept bookings for events including hens/bucks, weddings, birthday parties or other occasions such as schoolies
- No additional guests other than those included in the booking are permitted
- In order to maintain respectful relationships with neighbours we ask that all guests move indoors after 9pm. Strictly no loud/offensive music or behaviour is permitted at any time
- Villa Indah is pet friendly by application only prior to arrival (small dogs only). A $100 fee per/pet applies
- Check in from 3pm
- Check out before 10am

- Strictly no smoking is permitted within the home. Due to the home’s indoor/outdoor design smoking is permitted out the front of the home only. The owners kindly ask that guests do not smoke in the rear gardens/courtyards.
- $500 refundable security deposit applies to all bookings
- In the true sense of the sharing economy, Villa Indah is being offered exclusively to guests for a limited time only whilst its owners are on a short overseas work assignment. The front room is locked and is not available for guest use.
- A security camera at the front of the home monitors and records activity in the driveway, garage and front of the home in order to protect and secure the property and ensure guest safety.
- To take your Villa Indah experience to the next level we are happy to assist with booking a personal chef or in-house massage and day-spa treatments


DOGS:
Villa Indah is pet friendly by application only. Small dogs are welcome both inside and outside but we ask owners to ensure dogs are kept out of the gated back area in order to not disturb the fish.
When bringing dogs we ask that their flea, tick and worming treatments are current, that they are clean and dry before coming inside, that they are kept off furniture including couches and beds and that you clean up after them both inside (hair) and outside (in our garden).
Most importantly if you are considering bringing your dog, please know that this home is best suited to guests who love to include their dogs in their holiday, we are not an alternative to a dog kennel and as such, ask that guests don't leave dogs unattended at any time. Distressed dogs tend to bark and upset our neighbours as well as become destructive. Our pet fee is $100 per dog.
