It is also just minutes from the Posner Park Shopping Mall that includes a multiscreen cinema complex and other stores and restaurants.

Our modern open plan home is stunning and spacious with beautiful interior decor throughout, it is perfect for all your guests as it offers space, comfort and luxury.

The Living Room has a Flat Screen TV, Ceiling Fan and offers plenty of comfortable seating for all your guests, a great setting for relaxation at the end of a busy day at the parks or out shopping.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and boasts a kitchen countertop with bar stools. A perfect place for breakfasts or to chat with your guests whilst preparing the evening meal.

The Dining Area has a modern 8-seater dining room table with matching chairs and truly is a focal point of the open plan space.

Games Area (in the garage) is air conditioned with a Star Wars theme. It has air hockey, table tennis and pool tables. A fantastic place to enjoy family games night.

The Outdoor Area with an extended pool deck (with side privacy screens), Ceiling Fans and a covered lanai its simply perfect for outdoor entertaining with a superb view of the lake behind. Bedroom 1 (downstairs) Master - this room has a King-Sized bed and is situated at the back of the home. It has a white décor and boasts a Ceiling Fan, Flat Screen TV and an ensuite with bath, separate shower and 2 sinks.

Bedroom 2 (downstairs) this room is situated at the front of the home and has a King-Sized bed and grey tones. This room has a Flat Screen TV and ensuite with shower and sink.

Bedroom 3 (upstairs) this room is situated at the front of the home and has a King-Sized bed with neutral tones and white wood furnishings. This room has a Flat Screen TV and shared bathroom (with bedroom 4) with a shower and double sink.

Bedroom 4 (upstairs) has 2 full size beds with dark furnishings and boasts a Flat Screen TV. This room also shares a bathroom with bedroom 3 and comprises of a shower and double sink.

Bedroom 5 (upstairs) this room has a King-Sized bed with neutral tones. This room has a Ceiling Fan, Flat Screen TV and ensuite bathroom with shower and double sink.

Bedroom 6 (upstairs) is a “Frozen” themed room boasting a wonderful mural and Flat Screen TV. The room consists of a full sized bed and a twin bed. A perfect room for cousins or siblings to share. This room does not have an ensuite but there is a separate bathroom consisting of a sink and w.c in the hallway.

Bedroom 7 (upstairs) is an “Avengers” themed room with a Flat Screen TV, bunk bed with full bed on the bottom and twin bed on top. This room does not have an ensuite but there is a separate bathroom consisting of a sink and w.c in the hallway

Loft Area is an amazing space for your guests to chill and relax and is equipped with a Pool Table and Foosball Table. With a small high top table and bar stools – a great place for spectators to watch the fun

The resort facilities are run by a third party.
Availability of all resort facilities is not guaranteed as part of the rental contract.
You will be required to provide your own equipment for use of the sports facilities.

Policies:
- We require your full guest list 36hrs prior to check in to avoid late or no check in.
- Swim at your Own Risk
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties or gatherings that disturb neighbours at any time.
- Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention carry a fine of $500 or more.
- Must be at least 28 years old to book (in compliance with Orlando Codes of Ordinances – Chapter 57)

- Pool Heat is an additional cost and should be requested if required

- Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road
- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.
