Foxwillow 1675 by Mountain Vacation Lodging is a unique and special property that is new to the rental market in November 2021. It features a private hot tub, 3 large bedroom suites, including two King bed suites, and beautiful views. This end unit townhome has good quality finishes, is furnished with designer furniture, and decorated with a unique, tasteful style. Located in Steamboat's mountain village area, with free city bus service right out your door, this property also borders green space and a seasonal creek that have created and preserved a very private and natural feel. It's a special place that will help create a memorable vacation. Please read on for more details.

The Property:
This townhome has it's own hot tub, right outside the front door. It has a privacy fence with hooks for your towels or robes, a hydraulic lift for the cover, views of the Steamboat Ski Resort, and steps to make getting in and out easy. The main level of the home includes the garage, living room, dining room, kitchen, and half bathroom. The living room features two chairs and a comfy couch, as well as a warm gas fireplace and large HDTV. A large opening between the living room and dining room gives the space a large and open feel. The dining room is also open to the kitchen and the large counter between makes meal service easy. For those who like to cook, the kitchen is a pleasure. It is fully equipped with everything you'll need and then some with bonus features such as the gas range, granite counters, tea kettle, french press, and more. Off the dining room is a covered porch with gas BBQ grill. From this porch the views go across the green space and all the way up to the top of the Sundown and Sunshine areas of the ski resort. The yard off the porch and around the townhome is flat, perfect for kids who want to play in the snow.

If your group includes two couples, don't worry, this property has you covered in style! Bedrooms 1 and 2 are large rooms with King beds, vaulted ceilings, private balconies, HDTVs, ceiling fans, walk in closets, and private bathrooms. Bedroom 1 is also includes a gas fireplace and skylights while Bedroom 2 is a bit larger. The third bedroom features 2 Twin beds, skylights, a wall mounted HDTV, a private bathroom, a walk in closet, and laundry. That's 3 bedrooms, all with their own private bathrooms and lots more to love.

Location:
This property is located in the mountain village area of Steamboat Springs. In winter, two of the city's free bus routes pick up and drop off right by the entrance of the development, about 100 meters from your door. Close, but not too close! It's a quick easy ride to and from the ski resort, grocery stores, or the shops, restaurants, and attractions of downtown. The property is located at the end of the development's street, and borders open space. A seasonal creek flows by and a path follows it from an upstream pond down to the Whistler Park and Yampa River Core Trail. This convenient location is a natural setting in the middle of the mountain village area, the best of both worlds!

Arrival, Access, and Parking:
Once you book, we're here to support you. We offer professional concierge services, provide you with arrival instructions, and answers to any specific questions you might have. Accessing this property does not require any steps or stairs. However, please note that Bedrooms 1 an 2 are on the second floor, while bedroom 3 is on the third floor. Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles max. One space is available within the heated 2 car garage, where the owners keep a vehicle. The other two guest spaces are immediately in front of the garage. Sorry, but trailers are not allowed. If you will have a trailer or more than 3 vehicles, please contact us to discuss options for parking off site.

** Air Conditioning - Most mountain resort properties were not built with air conditioning. During most hours of the day and weeks of the year, AC is not needed. Summer nights are cool and fans are provided at most properties. Check the average high and low temperatures and weather forecast for your dates of travel, and look at the list of amenities to see if AC or fans are part of the rental property and look for ceiling fans in photos.
** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and subsequently, to disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in an increase, or decrease, to the total cost, and may result in a security deposit becoming required.
** Video & Noise Monitoring - Please note that noise monitoring devices, and security cameras, do exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances and exits of the home. Cameras are present to ensure the property remains secure and safe, as well as to ensure that guests are honest and upfront about their planned use of the property. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect neighbors or the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not book the property. For normal, respectful groups, we are sorry that these statements and measures are necessary. Security cameras and noise monitoring devices are an example and demonstration that the property's owners are taking steps to ensure the home remains available for rental, and in good condition, for your benefit. ** Cleaning Fees & Lengthy Rental Periods - The standard cleaning fee quoted as part of any booking is for the final cleaning, which is to be performed after the rental period has ended. For guests who are booking a lengthy stay of more than one week, a mid stay-cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for the second week, third week, and so on. Awesome Place
We loved this townhome! We are a family of 5 with a 10, 7, and 3 year old. The rooms and bathrooms were nice and big. The private hot tub was perfect. The access to the public bus route was easy. We loved having the heated garage for all of our gear. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, detergent, paper towels, etc. We would definitely rent this place again!

Perfect location
Great location to the mountain to ski and only a few miles to town for dinners and drinks. Bedrooms were spacious, the private hot tub was main reason we booked this place which was fantastic! Cute and quiet neighborhood. Main living room area could be set up a little better for relaxing but honestly we weren’t there to be inside the house much anyways so not a big deal at all.

spacious, great location, but a little tricky!
We loved the short walk to the bus stop, the quiet neighborhood, the well stocked kitchen and spacious bedrooms. What was tricky: hot tub location had solid ice on the steps which could have made it impossible to use if we weren't young and agile. The location is odd but there appears to be no other option. Also, sidewalk was extremely hazardous with solid ice to and from the driveway to the front door. We'd chock it up to Steamboat not using salt, but all the neighbor's sidewalks were clean and dry. Also wish the property stocked games as most VRBOs do. Last, the property management company didn't answer any of our emails once we arrived, or got back to us when we called with a question. Prior to our stay, communication was much better.
