Vraiment belle maison en rangée dans un complexe entouré de magnifiques montagnes. Réparti sur 2 niveaux, ce lotissement en rangée de 2 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain dispose de plus de 1 500 pieds carrés d'espace et de grandes terrasses qui l'entourent.

Le niveau supérieur comprend la chambre principale avec lit king-size, une salle de bains principale privée et une télévision à écran plat. À l'extérieur de la chambre se trouve le grand salon ouvert, la cuisine et le coin repas. Les plafonds voûtés spectaculaires de 25 pieds ajoutent à la sensation d'espace de cette propriété.

En bas se trouve la deuxième chambre avec le lit queen et salle de bain privée. C’est également là que se trouve la buanderie séparée, avec une laveuse et une sécheuse.

Le bain à remous privé est situé sur le pont supérieur et il regarde vers le milieu du complexe.

Wonderful Stay!

The property was clean, well located, and quiet. Also have to mention the hot tub was wonderful. We would definitely stay again if we go back to Steamboat.

Long weekend in Steamboat Springs

Easy after-hours check-in process, very comfortable home, clean, easy access to resort or downtown area. Neighborhood was very quiet and friendly.

Great property

We stayed here for a work visit and the space was great. The hot tub was a great addition. Check in and out process was easy and it’s on a bus line making commuting around very easy. We had some wifi issues but otherwise the stay was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Magical winter wonderland

We loved everything about this stay! From the fully stocked kitchen, complete with all the supplies and spices, to the magnificent hot tub and comfy beds, we wouldn’t have changed a thing! Location is excellent and the shuttle comes right by the front door. Will stay here again next time we are in town.

Beautiful location

The aspens were at their peak and after a day of hiking it was so nice to come back to the condo and relax on the huge deck and enjoy the hot tub. The unit was very clean and with a well-stocked kitchen. And the huge deck was so nice to sit and enjoy the surrounding area.

Great for 4 people, walking distance to resort

Spacious condo with nice beds, kitchen/living room and bathrooms. Hot tub large enough for four people with view of the mountains. Walkable to the ski resort, ~ 1 mile.

Steamboat Getaway

Very comfortable accommodations. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need to cook with. The private hot tub made it all the more special. Loved everything.

Beautiful Property

We stayed here for a family getaway for the weekend and this property was perfect for us. It was very clean upon arrival and it had all the features that were important to us. We really enjoyed the hot tub and we used the grill on two of the nights. At many other properties, the grill is very dirty. Not this one. This property is part of a nice and quiet community and that is something we really appreciated. If I am every planning a trip back to Steamboat Springs we will definitely see if this is available.

Good home base for Steamboat ski/riding weekend.

The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked well, and a short walk to nearest free bus stop to the ski resort. There were a handful of maintenance items I had to report, so it wasn’t in perfect order for us, but it was still good overall. The Mountain View from the hot tub was super nice.

It was a nice property, it was nice to have a garage. It was unclear what the floor layout was, or how accessible it was, but we managed.

Girls Ski trip

Overall, the property was very nice. It was extremely hot the first night and it made sleeping uncomfortable. Thankfully there were fans. The second night was much more comfortable. There was a bunch of blond hair on the shower wall, but other than that, it seemed clean.

Amazing Property

I rented a few nights with my spouse and daughters. Pictures looked amazing so we couldn't wait to see in person and once we arrived we were so much more impressed. Property was spotless, very clean. It was stocked with great quality items from the bedding to the cookware. The cherry on top was the awesome family games we came across. We brought our own but were suprised we had even more options for stay. Would absolutely recommend to each and everyone I know.

Steamboat gem

This was our first time visiting Steamboat Springs for a couples ski trip! We felt the listing photos didn’t do this rental justice! The unit was spacious, clean, perfect amenities (even the bedding was really nice)!! We rented a car so didn’t use the shuttle to the ski mountain but we saw lots of other guests using it and it was very convenient!! After a long day of skiing it was nice to relax in the hot tub then sit by the fireplace. We would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay in this unit again!

Good Stay but could use some improvements

Overall a positive stay. Easy check in and check out process. Rental company was fast to respond when the hot tub stopped working on day 2, which was essentially the main reason we chose this rental for the week. The pull out couch mattress was not comfortable or good. They had an air mattress, but it deflated right away. Dishwasher barely washed things. Toaster was pathetic. Washer and Dryer were okay, but loud and didn't run the spin cycle, so you needed to dry clothes 2x.

Pre Xmas ski trip

My daughter attends CSU and we picked her up and thought we would try Steamboat, we have skied just about all the other locations in Colorado but had never tried Steamboat. The condo location is about a block from the bus pick up which was a little miss leading, we were informed it was right in front of the unit (its about a 10 minute walk in ski boots). When we arrived at he condo it took us 30 minutes to get into the unit, the keys just spin in the locks. I called the office and they responded right away, however they never solved the problem with the lock. We used the garage door code to lock the unit up when we were gone. The beds and bedding were awesome, we VRBO a lot and the beds were the best ever. The hot tub is on the second-floor deck and is a perfect size for the unit, works well. My wife is a clen freak and she wanted me to mention how dirty the ceiling fan in the living room was during our stay. Overall we really enjoyed Steamboat and the codo was very nice for the 3 of us. Highly recommended!

Decent but would probably stay somewhere else

This property was decent, and the shuttle service was excellent, but here's why I wouldn't stay again: 1) The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Hard pillows and every person in our house commented on how rough the sheets were. Like the cheapest-motel-you-could-ever-stay-in level of bad sheets. Offensive, given the price we paid. All other add-ons (toilet paper, lotions, etc) were also the cheapest possible versions. 2) We stayed in a 2-bedroom condo. From the living room, you can see THROUGH the fireplace to the ENTIRE bed of the mast bedroom... a straight look through to the room if you're sitting on the couch. 3) They make you go to and from the office to get the keys (we didn't have a car so this was extremely inconvenient) whereas they could have just given us the garage code + let us leave keys on property. I will say the shuttle service, the proximity to the public bus, and the hot tub onsite were absolutely fabulous. They also have a good amount of cooking supplies / pots and pans, etc.

Great location & amenities, but unit needs TLC

While the Retreatia team was all very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, we did have some issues with the unit. The biggest problem was the kitchen sink - the pipe underneath came completely disconnected when I went to run the disposal and water poured out under the sink and onto the kitchen floor. A very nice handyman came by but was unable to clear the clogged drain, and they were not able to get a plumber out during our stay to fix it either. While not being able to use the kitchen sink and dishwasher for almost 2 days was our biggest complaint, there were several other things in disrepair that we noticed that were not expected based on the photos we saw - baseboard heaters falling apart, shower faucets sticking out of the wall by repair foam, handles that had been haphazardly glued back on, dirty/stained dining chairs, etc. We enjoyed the location and size of the unit, and loved that it had a private hot tub, however, we have a 2 year old and a 4 year old so having access to a full kitchen was one of the main reasons we booked this unit and the sink drain issue really put a damper on our trip.
