Vraiment belle maison en rangée dans un complexe entouré de magnifiques montagnes. Réparti sur 2 niveaux, ce lotissement en rangée de 2 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain dispose de plus de 1 500 pieds carrés d'espace et de grandes terrasses qui l'entourent.

Le niveau supérieur comprend la chambre principale avec lit king-size, une salle de bains principale privée et une télévision à écran plat. À l'extérieur de la chambre se trouve le grand salon ouvert, la cuisine et le coin repas. Les plafonds voûtés spectaculaires de 25 pieds ajoutent à la sensation d'espace de cette propriété.

En bas se trouve la deuxième chambre avec le lit queen et salle de bain privée. C’est également là que se trouve la buanderie séparée, avec une laveuse et une sécheuse.

Le bain à remous privé est situé sur le pont supérieur et il regarde vers le milieu du complexe.

A quiet location just outside of town. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of horseback riding! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Property

We stayed here for a family getaway for the weekend and this property was perfect for us. It was very clean upon arrival and it had all the features that were important to us. We really enjoyed the hot tub and we used the grill on two of the nights. At many other properties, the grill is very dirty. Not this one. This property is part of a nice and quiet community and that is something we really appreciated. If I am every planning a trip back to Steamboat Springs we will definitely see if this is available.

Good Stay but could use some improvements

Overall a positive stay. Easy check in and check out process. Rental company was fast to respond when the hot tub stopped working on day 2, which was essentially the main reason we chose this rental for the week. The pull out couch mattress was not comfortable or good. They had an air mattress, but it deflated right away. Dishwasher barely washed things. Toaster was pathetic. Washer and Dryer were okay, but loud and didn't run the spin cycle, so you needed to dry clothes 2x.

Ski Weekend

Great stay. Very clean and comfortable for 6 people. The only downside was we couldn't get the shuttle service to pick us up because they were fully booked, and we tried to book as soon as we got checked in.

Girls Ski trip

Overall, the property was very nice. It was extremely hot the first night and it made sleeping uncomfortable. Thankfully there were fans. The second night was much more comfortable. There was a bunch of blond hair on the shower wall, but other than that, it seemed clean.

Great location & amenities, but unit needs TLC

While the Retreatia team was all very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, we did have some issues with the unit. The biggest problem was the kitchen sink - the pipe underneath came completely disconnected when I went to run the disposal and water poured out under the sink and onto the kitchen floor. A very nice handyman came by but was unable to clear the clogged drain, and they were not able to get a plumber out during our stay to fix it either. While not being able to use the kitchen sink and dishwasher for almost 2 days was our biggest complaint, there were several other things in disrepair that we noticed that were not expected based on the photos we saw - baseboard heaters falling apart, shower faucets sticking out of the wall by repair foam, handles that had been haphazardly glued back on, dirty/stained dining chairs, etc. We enjoyed the location and size of the unit, and loved that it had a private hot tub, however, we have a 2 year old and a 4 year old so having access to a full kitchen was one of the main reasons we booked this unit and the sink drain issue really put a damper on our trip.

The check-in was easy. The location and place were easy to find. The house was really lovely and spacious. They have a lot of rules to follow but understand we are visitors in their home.

Pre Xmas ski trip

My daughter attends CSU and we picked her up and thought we would try Steamboat, we have skied just about all the other locations in Colorado but had never tried Steamboat. The condo location is about a block from the bus pick up which was a little miss leading, we were informed it was right in front of the unit (its about a 10 minute walk in ski boots). When we arrived at he condo it took us 30 minutes to get into the unit, the keys just spin in the locks. I called the office and they responded right away, however they never solved the problem with the lock. We used the garage door code to lock the unit up when we were gone. The beds and bedding were awesome, we VRBO a lot and the beds were the best ever. The hot tub is on the second-floor deck and is a perfect size for the unit, works well. My wife is a clen freak and she wanted me to mention how dirty the ceiling fan in the living room was during our stay. Overall we really enjoyed Steamboat and the codo was very nice for the 3 of us. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location

The aspens were at their peak and after a day of hiking it was so nice to come back to the condo and relax on the huge deck and enjoy the hot tub. The unit was very clean and with a well-stocked kitchen. And the huge deck was so nice to sit and enjoy the surrounding area.

Great property

We stayed here for a work visit and the space was great. The hot tub was a great addition. Check in and out process was easy and it’s on a bus line making commuting around very easy. We had some wifi issues but otherwise the stay was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Long weekend in Steamboat Springs

Very comfortable accommodations. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need to cook with. The private hot tub made it all the more special. Loved everything.

Everything was good, clean. Bed in master was a bit hard but that is a personal thing, my bed at home is much softer. It’s early in the year but the outside decks could have been washed down. I like being outside when I can. I have no complaints about this property. I would stay there again.

Unit Needs Attention!

While we enjoyed our stay overall, we had some unusual things occur during our stay. Loved the location, the place looked like the pictures and the check-in process was very simple. Our issues stared immediately upon arriving at the unit when our keys BARELY worked on the lock. Due to that, we only used the garage door from then on to access the unit. The TV remote batteries were dead, too. Second, we had mice in the unit. Third, when we were looking for more mice, we made the mistake of looking under furniture and in the back of cabinets. I know these units are revenue generating, and are rented frequently, but there was an overall lack of thorough cleanliness that really was unsettling. For instance, we looked under the couch for more mice - BIG MISTAKE! Lets just say, guests prior to us were having a very ADULT time using ADULT items!?!?! They left some of those types of adult themed items behind and under the couch...NOT what you expect to find at all! We did like the unit's location, layout, and design. It looked like the pictures, but the hidden things were quite shocking. I did let the office know upon checkout and am disappointed that nobody has reached out or anything yet. That is why I am posting this here, to encourage awareness of cleanliness and hygiene in these rental units.

Amazing Property

I rented a few nights with my spouse and daughters. Pictures looked amazing so we couldn't wait to see in person and once we arrived we were so much more impressed. Property was spotless, very clean. It was stocked with great quality items from the bedding to the cookware. The cherry on top was the awesome family games we came across. We brought our own but were suprised we had even more options for stay. Would absolutely recommend to each and everyone I know.

Good home base for Steamboat ski/riding weekend.

The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked well, and a short walk to nearest free bus stop to the ski resort. There were a handful of maintenance items I had to report, so it wasn’t in perfect order for us, but it was still good overall. The Mountain View from the hot tub was super nice.
