Beach front units are available to reserve online up to ten (10) months in advance, however you may call or contact us directly for a reservation up to twelve (12) months in advance.

Come visit Longboat Key and enjoy our vacation condo with direct, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. Our living area and master bedroom open onto a spacious balcony with glass railing that overlooks the pristine beach and the private heated pool.


Unit 308 offers an new open kitchen to a full gulf view through the wide open living area to the balcony, across the beach to the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a full glass sliding door onto the balcony, along with a full master bath and shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds and access to the hall, which has another full bath.

This 3rd floor condo has a full length, glass railed balcony overlooking the sandy beach. Both the living room and master bedroom have sliding glass doors that open to the balcony, and the second bedroom has a window facing the beach.

You can drive 5 minutes to the famous Saint Armand's circle which is known for its fine dining, upscale shopping, and exciting night life or visit downtown Sarasota to enjoy live theater, a ballet, or one of the numerous art galleries.

Please note: We do not allow Sunday or holiday arrivals and require a 7 night minimum stay.

Our condo is located across the street and within easy walking distance of a Publix grocery store, deli, public tennis courts, and a variety of smaller shops. Our location on mid Longboat Key is positioned well to allow easy access to the area attractions, but with a private sandy beach for a backyard.

The Beachcomber is a well-maintained six story building located right on the beach with helpful on-site staff, WI-FI internet access in all units, elevators, and laundry facilities. Internet access has been completely upgraded throughout the building and all units now have reliable WIFI service.


On behalf of our guests and owners that suffer from asthma and allergies, no pets are allowed on the property. No exceptions! $300 fine.
