Villa Linguri is an historical monument with a great artistic and architectural value. It is located in one of the most beautiful natural landscapes of the world. Situated in Ossuccio on the shore of Lake Como, it is the ideal location for a relaxing vacation or to host private and business events, photo and video shootings. The villa was built between 1941 and 1944 by the architect Pietro Linguri, who was one of the key figures of the Italian Rationalism. Villa Linguri, classified as an historical monument by the Italian Ministry of Culture, was restored to its original grandeur with his latest renovations, and is ready to host special guests and events.

Villa Linguri Main Villa and the Junior Villa combined can accommodate up to 12 peoople in 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. You can walk to the Lake, which is only 300 meters from the villa. It is possible to stay at Villa Linguri for a minimum of 3 nights.

SECOND FLOOR: Lakefront terrace with furniture to enjoy the stunning and relaxing view on the lake, the famous Tower Bell of Ossuccio, on the Comacina Island and on the mountains.

JUNIOR VILLA:

The Junior Villa is included in the estate and like the main villa was designed by architect Pietro Lingeri in the early 40s.
Completely renovated, the Junior Villa offers the highest quality standards. It develops on a surface of approx. 80 sqm divided in two levels: kitchen (with fireplace) and bathroom on the ground floor; one double room, bathroom and a spacious living room (convertible to a comfortable second double room) with bar area on the first floor.
Both bathrooms are big, finely furnished and provided with rain shower.
The uniqueness of decorations, style and exclusive furniture forms a perfect blend with the modern and rationalist style of the villa.
The Junior Villa is equipped with the most up-to-date amenities such as satellite Tv Led 3D and USB connection (in the living room and in the bedroom), Hi Fi with iPod support, wi-fi and air- conditioning.

Villa Linguri is located in a strategic position, 20 km away from the highway exits and it can be reached by land or by lake. It is the ideal solution for guests looking for a spacious, elegant and accessible location. In front of the villa there are two parking areas. Not far from the villa there are two marinas where it is possible to berth private or charter boats.

Villa Linguri is also the ideal setting for wedding receptions. It is surrounded by a wooded park of 4300 sqm that boasts a variety of century-old trees; laurel, olive, magnolia and fruit. The halls on the ground floor may host up to 80 seats and enjoys a wonderful view over the lake. For those guests who wish to have dinner served inside the halls, the vista is ensured by glasswalls that face the patio and the lake. Outside, the patio is accessed directly from the living salons on the ground floor, while two terraces offer spectacular views of the Comacina Island. The parterre and the beautiful gazebo are the ideal place to have aperitifs and to cut the wedding cake. It is also possible to perform a civil marriage in the garden with its magnificent panorama.
