This beautiful and relaxing community is located only 5 minutes from Berry Town Center, where you will find Publix, many nice restaurants and shops. It is also a 10 minute drive to Walmart Super Center, restaurants and shops by Cagan Crossing. Want to play a round of golf, then Highland’s Reserve is just a few "drives" away.

This lovely home has been designed and furnished with one aim in mind—to give you the perfect vacation you and your family deserve. You will have the opportunity to experience the magic of Disney World or the thrills of Universal Studios at your pace and on your schedule. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home will accommodate up to 9 guests in total comfort. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and includes a 8 seat bar height dining table along with a flat screen TV. The home has just been upgraded with gorgeous wood flooring and the property is carpet free! The pool was also resurfaced and ready for your total relaxation. The home has a large living room with big screen TV and includes Roku TVs on all TVs with access to Spectrum Cable. There is also a TV in both the patio area and the garage game room, so you are never far from watching your favorite sport or channel on TV. On the right side of the property there are two bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds & one with a full-size bunk bed with twin size on top. The two bedrooms have access to a full bath. Further down on the right you have a king size bedroom with an en-suite bath leading out to the patio area. Cable TV, high quality bedding, and a game room complete with air hockey, darts, and a pool table give you relaxing options inside, while a Lanai, in ground pool, and alfresco dining outside will have you wishing this vacation would never end. On the left side of the property you have a spaceous master bedroom and bathroom. The screened in patio area has a lovely pool and a separate Jacuzzi. Fire up the gas grill and enjoy your meals outside under the partially covered patio. Check in time is 4PM or after - Check out time is 10AM or before
At the time, due to prolonged cleaning times we do not accommodate early check in or late check out times.

All homes are stricly non smoking inside and a $350 fee will apply, if our cleaners detect smoking odor in the home.

No big parties or events allowed in any home. No loud outside noise after 10PM in any homes.

First night of Essentials provided, after that the guest are to cater their own. A list of what is included will be provided prior to arrival.

Stroller, high Chair and/or Pack'n'Play+ Grills. These items can be rented through various vendors, and we will provide a few rental company recommendations.

Pool warming is not included and requires an extra nightly standard fee of $35+tax per night. It is recommended between November- May.
We urge guests to add this feature as soon as they place a booking, to avoid any scheduling issues. We turn the pool heaters on the day prior to arrival. There is a 4 night minimum for pool heat charge. An extra call out fee of $25 applies if pool warming is added on the day of, or after arrival.

Facts about pool/spa warming. It takes up to 24 hours for pool to reach set temperature. Pool heaters keep a pool temperature between 83-87 fahrenheit. Pools and spas keep the same temperature as water circulates between them. Pool systems are set on timers so they run from morning to afternoon/evening. Therefore it will be some cooling of during night time when temperature drops. FMH is not responsible for any refunds on freezing winter days (50s and 60s outside temps) which causes lower than normal pool temperatures. Guests are not allowed to tamper with any pool equipment during their stay, this must be handled by a licensed pool professional.

Some homes may have an added secutiry camera or ring door bell facing the driveway/entry of the home for security purposes.
