The community of Calabay Parc plays host to this is a exceptional South facing open planned 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home complete with a fun games room, no rear neighbors and a brilliant L-shaped private pool and spa.

This well maintained villa has two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms both of which have direct access to the pool area. The bedrooms share a family bathroom. All bedrooms have TVs

The pool and spa overlooks a garden area and is not overlooked from the rear, this has a covered lanai area for those of you wishing to seek shade from the Florida sun and with comfortable pool furniture this is a great spot to relax.

The fully equipped kitchen is open plan and looks out to the living room and breakfast bar. There is a formal dining room and plenty of room for everyone.

The garage has been converted into a wonderful games room equipped with a Pool Table, Foosball table and an Air Hockey table.

Walt Disney World is less than 15 miles from your front door at this house. You will also have with your reservation in this home free Wi-Fi and free local calls, as well as a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.

Please note that with your home you have a private outside pool and spa. This can be heated but there is an additional charge for this option. This charge will be $32.50 per day (+taxes) with a minimum 5 day use. Please do make sure you request this service either at the time of your reservation or at the very least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool and spa heated in time for your stay. We typically recommend pool heating for guests staying between the months of October and April.

Please note that charcoal grills are prohibited from use at our home but we can rent you a gas grill for your stay. Please enquire about costs for rental when you book the home.

This is a self catering home so please be sure to stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. As per Florida State recommendations, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after a guest checks out and supplies of items such as condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee etc, will be not be provided prior to your check in. We will provide a starter roll of toilet paper at each toilet, a bin liner in each bin, hand soap in the bathrooms, as well as a dishwasher tab. Towels and linens are included in your stay.

Incredible experience

Absolutely amazing. , Very clean and very comfortable. I truly appreciate the owners attention to detail, the sitting area soon as you walk in to the cleanliness outside of the property is amazing. I personally look forward to staying there again. Have a trip on may 28 would love to stay again

Pictures don't do it justice!

My family and I visit the area frequently, and this home has to be the most comfortable stay we've had. The rooms were huge, super comfy beds and I loved that it had 2 master suites. Home was VERY clean and just had all the comforts of home. Booking was easy and we had 0 issues.

House was nice but housekeeping was not good

We had dorito's and gum out by the pool that my 2 yr old nephew ended up putting into his mouth. There was also 2 full bins of trash left for us to take care of when we first arrived. The one bathroom toilet cover kept coming off everytime someone sat on the seat.

Great Property

The house was comfortable, Nice game room, the bedrooms were huge. Clean and everything worked, for the most part. Was surprised to see very little TP and only 1 trash bag. Pool was very nice. We didn't heat the pool, but probably should have. It was a bit chilly at the beginning of the week. The neighborhood was very quiet, and we were pretty close to everything we wanted to see.

Very bad cleaning, very bad kitchen utensils, dirty patio. Cam clothes didn't smell clean

Hi there. we are Maria and Carlos Garcia. We rent from September 8 to 12, 2021 at 273 Calabay parc davenport florida. We went with my brother and sister-in-law, we are all Seniors, the experience with the rent of this house was very bad. # 1 I paid for 5 days, I was only going to stay for four, but they told us that the minimum to pay was 5 days, we paid for 5, the problem started when we arrived, the pool was dirty and cold, we could never bathe in that pool , the supervisor was called Mr. Ashley 2 times, the next day it was cleaned but never heated. #Sitting on the patio, a rat passed us 🐀 under the table we realized that the patio, which by the way, was quite dirty, also had a lot of rat poop. (Incredible) # 3 The fourth master was not a King Mattress it was a Queen. # 4 overall cleanliness was lousy. That house needs replacement kitchen utensils.

Wonderful House

This was an amazing house. It really felt like home to us. It was very clean and everything was organized. My family enjoyed the pool and the game room the most. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

The house is exactly as pictured! The neighborhood is nice , a bit of a drive to a beach but perfect for universal studios and Disney a close enough drive but far enough from all the heavy traffic.

It was an okay place. They need to get bigger televisions for two of the bedrooms.

It was okay. The walls in the closets need to be repainted. Also, the TV's in the two bedrooms was way too small.

We had issues with -cleanings. Trash cans were not emptied and we had presence of flies -dish washer was not workimg -alarm close to the pool was soundimg over rhe last 3 daya and the person of manteinnace never arrived. We could not sleep well duringbrhese days

Would rent this house again!!

Very nice house, loved the pool. We will have to add heat next time. Kids were excited about the room decor. Location was great. The only issues we had was when we arrived there was a small bag of trash on back patio. When we went to empty trash from the house, it was already full. Guessing that was from the previous renters who did not pull the trash up on trash day though. When we returned from our day in Orlando, the water was completely gone out of the spa but not the pool. Did not see hose pipe, it was dark (after 10pm) Called emergency maintenance, who was very friendly and said they would send someone out the next day. When we got up the next morning, the spa was back filled!

Wonderful house!

The house was perfect for our family vacation this yr! Easy to get to, lot of places around it to eat and shop! My girls loved the themed bedrooms. The smart tvs made it easy to sign into our Netflix account and have a little down time. The pool was so nice to have! Altho I would suggest to replace the flap on the filter hole. My husband spent a lot of time in the pool digging out the kids toys. Another than that, it was a great house and highly recommended. Thank you for opening up your home to us and allowing my family to make memories in it.
