In the main living space, you can cozy up on the brand-new custom-made sectional, in front of the gas burning fireplace. A perfect place to relax with the family after a day on the slopes. Leading off here is a large balcony with a brand new gas BBQ and stunning views of Blackcomb and Wedge Mountain.

In the centre of this level you have the dining area, with a beautiful live edge table and seating for 10 comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances and has everything you need to entertain for your family and friends! Just off the kitchen is a sitting area with TV. The 5th bedroom (den) is just off here, a fully enclosed room with a brand new queen murphy bed. The separate laundry room and a powder room finish off this level.
