With 2 large bedrooms that also open onto the balcony, you can enjoy your morning coffee in bed while watching the boats drift by. The large office space also accommodates a sofa bed/bedroom, allowing the apartment to sleep 5 comfortably.

You will enjoy all the comforts of home with a well-appointed kitchen that flows through to the combined lounge/dining area where the large glass doors slide back and lead to the expansive balcony where you can enjoy pre dinner drinks and alfresco dining while appreciating a backdrop of Superyachts, marina landscape and the Whitsunday islands beyond.

The complex also features a large sparkling pool and BBQ area for quests to enjoy. This apartment has ducted air conditioning throughout and a fully equipped laundry. There is one car space allocation with elevator access from the secure undercover car park area.

The convenient location of the complex ensures serenity and privacy while still offering quick and easy access to the bustling main street of Airlie Beach.

Please note our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath/pool towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night).

perfect location

This could be a wonderful apartment, but the agent should change the cleaning team. For the money you spend, you can expect clean towels, pillows, blankets, etc. Also a clean floor and drawers. I am so sorry to write this, because everybody was so friendly and helpful. The apartment is in a top location and fully equiped and has a big underground parking.

Short flat walk into Airlie Beach. The apartment was super clean and the Staff at Whitsunday Holiday Rentals were so helpful. We will definately be back to Seascape On Shingley as it is now one of our favourites. Thanks for having us.

We were so lucky to find this property. Fabulous views of the marina and the apartment is very well equipped, spacious and nicely furnished. Lovely Apartment, great views and good location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures were exactly like the apartment, it was modern and clean and in a really lovely spot, the pool was a highlight. It is a great town for courtesy vans to get you to and from the restaurants. We highly recommend going to The Northerner. The supermarket is about 15/20 minutes walk so be prepared to get a cab back if you have a lot of shopping. The only criticism I would have is the linen was a bit old and grey looking and while towels were provided they were also a bit past there best and there were no face cloths. But generally it was an 8 out of 10 for us.
